I can only achieve 6.9 fps with the instructions you gave and my computer is a gaming laptop from 2013 , but I can only achieve 6.9, I must be doing something wrong.I did get the computer for only $20 tho.

Hmm... A few weeks ago the Sikorsky generated rotational force on the body (I think before 12.1.1). Around this week it stopped doing this. I'm not sure which is the bug, is the Sikorsky supposed to have rotational force during take off or not? Also, I did a controlled descent like the video - in fact, it was even slower - but it always crashes if it's not landing on a concrete runway.

Im using the latest version of XP12. I love the weather. But could you please put some effort into getting your real world weather to match the default air traffic controls active runways. It gets frustrating having to choose between one or the other. Thank you.

I'm doing this in 1944 on my model of RAF Little Staughton, home to Pathfinder Sqns Mosquito 109 and Lancaster 582. They flew a mission twice a week,for 13 months through every kind of weather. The snow, fog, heavy rain look superb and really enhance the authenticity. XPlane's capability to create scenery and dial in weather is why I chose it. We just need better study level heritage aircraft for the full effect.

Weather aside why is the 737-800 a piece of crap with limited FMC input? I had to download Zibo mod to get a descent experience. You should make the Zibo the default 737-800

This is an amazing game. I’ve had a five star review for 5 years(since I started using the new non-iPad x-plane). All the new places and amazing reception modeling on the plane are great. The scenery, on the other hand, was not the best, but still did look good. After the A330 Update, “high” level graphics are just the “medium” setting. “Medium” Is supposed to have: “exponential volumetric fog”, “4x aliasing”, and “PBR lighting and reflection on aircraft”. “High” is supposed to have all previously mentioned + “Atmospheric Scattering” and “PBR Lighting and reflections on world”. It is these two things that no longer work. The slider to change graphics is still there, but the scenery doesn’t change when slided to “High”. Please fix this ASAP. I’ve been using X-Plane for almost a decade and it is very frustrating as a subscription payer to see such minor blemishes after an amazing A330 Update!! Thanks team

Austin, note that the surface winds are entered in MSL not AGL. I have seen this at multiple locations that are located above sea level. Surface wind reports dont match METAR.

This has gone a looong way since X-Plane 5 and its 3 layer manually adjusted weather with an option of downloading METAR in a form of txt file from some university ftp (long defunct) 😊

Please fix the broken cockpit lighting, the sun shines through the back of the cockpit and walls at low sun* angles/dusk/dawn and when it's cloudy. It's been too long now 🙏

Because of your flight model in X-plane 12, better realism in flight, and the planes appearance, compared to others, and with better lighting AND ESECIALLY because of your passion and honesty-- I have just got X-Plane 12. ( I have used AutoOrtho and SimHeaven).. After X-plane 11, 12 is a huge upgrade with the realistic flights and enjoyment.. I am really really happy with X-plane 12- brilliant thank you... keep making awesome Austin !!!!!!
