Hi guys! Today I show you how to save your compositing work without rendering your project again. This was an issue so many people faced in the past, and while there were methods, they were either complicated, annoying or just a workaround rather than a solution. This is definitely harder with the non-blocky character model. Making the vertex groups does nothing for making the limbs move.
Yeah this tutorial is only for blocky characters, as shown in the introduction video. Assigning weights still does something for non blocky characters, however I definitely also recommend you weight paint it yourself, and I recommend you use the gradient tool + assigning/removing weights to your advantage as for non-blocky characters, they really help.

Make sure that: 1) you're using the latest version of blender on blender.org/download 2) if that doesn't work just use one of the LITE files that Fluid Rig gives you

If you're making the R6 bend, yes of course! If not and it's literally just R6, then leave out some bones like lower arms, lower legs and make the torso just one bone.
The reason the shading gets wonky when auto smoothing is cause you need to clear the custom split normals!

Go to shader editor, change to world mode, add an environmental texture and plug it in to the background node, then add in your texture to the environmental texture node.

Hi guys! Due to a blender update, auto smooth has been removed and changed into a different system which now works in a modifier, so basically its automatically off. Just shade smooth and don't worry about the rest since it will look fine later on in the series 👍

This was recorded on 3.5, however currently I use 4.1.

How to do Camera?
When you're in the camera view you can select the frame and key frame it the way you would normally key frame an object/rig/bone. That's how you do it 😄
