    Just started getting leg pain aching down both legs possible coming from the lumbar spine but it just doesn't feel like sciatic it feels like something else I take magnesium glycinate but I don't think I'm taking enough taking 4 5/600 mg maybe is not enough for me and I need more have been under a lot of stress could that be depleting my magnesium stores

    Magnesium Glycinate worked great the first time I used it, now I see no difference. I wake up in the middle of the nite and it take 3 hours to fall back to sleep.

    This stuff relaxes me and it makes me sleepy which is why I take it at night with my dinner. It’s amazing to incorporate into your diet because the amount of get from food is not enough.
