I regret getting my JD from USD…don’t make the same mistake as me lol
Why is that?
why be more specific
I regret it because I have $280,000 in student debt, I also realized halfway through law school that I wasn’t even close to the top of the class or anything near, I struggled with my courses and ended up not being able to pass the bar exam. Note I have a JD and no license, making it essentially meaningless…I will have the debt the rest of my life with no way to pay it off. Although from what I’ve seen lawyers don’t even earn that much anyways for a long time. Unless you are top of class and work long hours.

Have you considered starting your own personal business and seek grants in order to offset your educational debt incurred for your financial self improvement ? Sometimes you must work hard at different locations to obtain seed $ to pay forward. * Be Blessed and Not Stressed 😷

Our LLM programs are taught in person at USD campus, with the exception of the new LLM in Spanish, which is taught online.
Maybe San Diego law is a breeze but getting a job from here certainly ain’t.
It can take up too much time, effort, and money. Better to just finish a computer science / engineering degree in 4 years and make money right out of undergraduate.

I think he used the language he did, on purpose. For the people he was speaking to directly and anyone who watches his talk. It’s to challenge people to teach themselves. To understand the languages we are not taught to understand, but can make the effort to understand, for our own good and betterment and protection
