This show was already such a hit, had the director put some scenes of intimacy between Mulder and Scully... It would have been a super duper hit of all times.. I only watched all seasons and the movies, just to see Mulder and Scully together. David is so handsome in his early years. Any co star would have fallen for him..

TOO TOO many times to count. But it's best they didn't "all of those times." It just made their relationship that much more special. Sex isn't always (usually isn't) the answer to happiness and fulfillment. That perpetual, underlying tension...that reserved potential, possibility...always there...would never go stale, could never be tainted by "going for it." Sex changes--and often, if not usually--ruins everything. Once it's explored the relationship can never be like it was before.
