Where is the Pathfinder this time?
Ahhh, now this will test your knowledge. Where do you think this is? Has the big granite boulders that surround heaps of rivers in the southwest of WA, but how far out of Perth do you need to be to drive this close to a river? The rock garden at the beginning shows signs of being submerged at some times of the year and then a causeway presents itself. Getting warmer yet? If not, the hill climb should give it away. Enjoy watching what a mildly modified family wagon can do.

This footage is from the hill before dummy spit hill. I’ve seen this in the wet when it’s basically impossible to anything other than a major project build. This is probably the most well known obstacle in Julimar Forest. The entry is steep with a decent rut in the centre of the track. The transition to the climb is barely a car length and the line I chose for the climb was definitely the easier of the three. Bertie Creek, Old Tele Track

Another easy crossing for Queenie and I. Bertie Creek is definitely one of the icons of the Old Tele Track. There are quite a few big holes in the rock creek bed that would eat a corner of your car if you dropped in to it. I straddled the two little holes at the entry to give myself a less direct angle toward the bigger holes at the exit of the creek.

Palm Creek Crossing on The Old Tele Track. The first real challenge with a steep double drop in, little drive up the creek and then the easier of the two exits. There certainly is! It is a perfect little track for some one who is progressing to exploring some more entertaining tracks.

Where the entrance on that track ?
Gnangara Rd, heading east, two kilometres after the petrol station. Left into the off road area and go straight down the main drag. Just straight, through a gate, past a cross roads and over a hill. Just straight

Mate u can’t just say this without actually knowing one the shacks up at wedge are like normal houses two u get electricity from generators or inverters etc and 2 we do have a government provider and there are aerials on the shack because people watch TV 3 people do live up at wedge and some people come to wedge every weekend 4 u barley get ticks up at wedge honestly I run around in the bushes up there and I’ve only got one in my entire life now get your facts RIGHT.
