Many people minimise what Anna went through as there was none of the "usual" abuse but psychological abuse is terrible as well. As far as I know, Anna is still in therapy and I imagine that this will be a long process for her. Happy coloring x

Well I. had to go and look at my wheel but maybe I'm fuzzy headed atm (sick with a cold) but I can't remember why it's like that lol! Color is so much how we perceive it and subjective as well as things like different forms of color blindness that the wheels and families can be incredibly difficult. ikr when you look at the photos it's so obvious ...except the fifth one. I think Frances was right ... people wanted to believe which during that time was really common. It just amazes me that it took so long for it to be resolved and there's still a mystery. If you look at one of the photos ...Frances looks like she is about to laugh as well! Those two girls must have had a lot of fun until the whole thing got out of hand. Happy coloring x

haha you are awake late! David loved this story as well ...usually he doesn't listen to a word I say when I tell him what story I'm doing but this one he pulled up a chair for and looked at the pictures as well. I find "war time stories" and law cases fascinating because there is a real shift during that time where people and the law responded to the war times. So many laws that had been set in stone for so long changed in this period - it's really fascinating. Plus the rise in supernatural and spiritual matters increased and became mainstream to an extent. It was a fascinating time. Happy coloring x

There was no Photoshop that's for sure! There were pretty skilled photo techs though like Snelling that were able to wave a bit of magic. Frances always believed in that fifth video and both girls said that they had seen them before just not on those occasions. I figure they must be real, how else did someone originally come up with the concept and the look that has been pretty universally accepted. It seems probable to me that Frances being a young child with a more open attitude to the world would have seen them. I'm a believer too .. who doesn't want a little magic in their garden? ikr they certainly didn't think things through at all. Luckily there are things like the ladybug project helping with the decline and hopefully something can be achieved with that. Ladybugs are the best! <3 <3 Happy coloring x

I'm so sorry to hear that. You could try painting with gesso first (but beware that it may make your nibs wear out) alternatively a water based marker like Crayola Washable or Tombow might give you the same look without the bleed through. Hope. you are still able to enjoy the book! It's so cute! Happy coloring x

aww yes I've heard Florida is quite toasty, maybe a little too warm for the ladybugs! Saying that, I live in a subtropical area (not sure how it compares with Florida though) and I see ladybugs regularly in the garden ...but I'm going to have to count spots because they may not be the real "ladybugs". I hope you get to see some soon and maybe make a wish :). Happy coloring x

it's a really interesting effect I think plus a bit of a cheat if you don't feel coloring or coloring the whole thing haha! I know what you mean about it being cold. Atm even though I live in the sub tropical part of Australia which is usually warmish ..it's the coldest Winter ever. I've had to put a jumper on and an extra blanky! I haven't reached for the heater yet ...but it might happen! It's been 16 degrees C some days :( However, I am pretty lucky as I know in other places of the world that our Winters are really like Summers for others! I hope you get a real "Summer" soon and keep warm in the meantime! Happy and warm coloring x

Yes they have made our life better? by giving us more pencils to want haha! They look amazing and so incredibly vibrant! Unfortunately not all pencils are available in open stock as yet though! Yes, the Copics or any alcohol marker can dry up a bit even if stored correctly on their side. I could put them vertically and see if that helps but I think the quickest thing is just to put a bit of alcohol in the barrel and give it a shake haha! I'm not wasting all that good ink haha! I assume you mean Christine's other books? The other books are on Amazon paper this is the only book so far published on different paper. It is actually the same paper as Jasmine Becket Griffith's coloring books (same Aussie publisher). Hopefully more of Christine's books will be printed this way. Happy coloring x

Yes, you can color, re-dip it, outline in pen etc once it is completely dry. I actually used a hair dryer on mine to speed up the drying time for one I wanted to color. Hope that helps. Happy coloring x

I <3 my M and R it continues to be my most used and always on my desk sharpener. I just wish the replacement blades were easier to purchase in Australia. I'll have to check out the Faber Castel 3 hole sharpener ...plus I really want to try the Dalle 133 ....so many sharpeners such little time! Happy coloring x

I am not sure where you are living but Queensland is surprisingly cold atm - I actually have a hoodie on and sometimes my dressing gown in the morning! I bought my pencils ages ago from a seller in Thailand. Unfortunately, I don't think they are selling anymore :(. Sometimes, they come up on Ebay. If you are interested in the 60 sets I still have a few boxes left that I'll be putting up on Facebook at some stage (even I don't need 7 sets haha!) Happy coloring x

She was actually planning to move States but then decided that she would stay. No-one ever "wins" in court proceedings the emotional and financial toll is always far more than people anticipate. The other problem is that the legislating is a bit toothless imo so even a win is not really that much of a win imo. I actually have the Colleen 72 set (a few boxes actually lol) and the 120 set. I never use my 120 set because I stupidly did not buy two sets. One day I need to get a "spare" haha. Unfortunately Colleens are not sold open stock so you need to buy a whole box each time for replacements. They are considered a budget pencil that's why no loose stock. Hopefully, you have had time to get acquainted with them and see if you enjoy coloring with them. My most recent video on a Million Mermaids Coloring Book was colored with Colleens (72 set) they are a fave for me (which is why I have so many boxes haha). When I swatched them in my video on the 120 set and the 72 set it was before I was creating swatch charts to give away, it was just a chart for myself. I've tried to find that on my old computer tonight for you but unfortunately I can't locate the original blank chart. At some stage I will be redoing all my swatch charts so they are in a better format but I don't know when that will be exactly.
