This is legally now a motorcycle yet still built with cheap and weak bicycle parts.
U have some people dont care about the laws man. All have those big ass group rides too. Florida as been banning ebikes too man just saying. Doesn't matter where u move to ebike laws are changing.

Do nor rub your visor when you clean it. I took some of that mirror finish off when i was cleaning it
