I remember going to a Birthday party at the Quasar in Sheffield as a kid in the early 90s, one of the party members ran off crying and ended up bailing because he legit thought he was going into a warzone, bless his cotton socks 😆 Bet he was gutted when the rest of the party came out and no fatalities.

I’m thankful for whoever recorded this I remember the fun times I had I’m glad I was part of the last generation to experience this born in 1985 definitely grew up in the last greatest generations I remember going to the arcades so much fun memories back in the day

Reading the comments on this, I spent most of my family times living on the”patch”, It was “Lakeside Rise”, we lived on the prisons housing estate...In three different houses, I used to meet my dad from work, I would sit on those steps waiting, which seemed Huge when you are a little person...I would wait until Dad came out the small door, which was part of the biggest doors... I do remember one of my dads colleagues, They would finish work at more or less the same time...His name was “Mr Calver”, He so kindly gave me the name, nickname “Pud”, I thank him for that, for fifty odd years later, my cousin still calls me that to this day!!!, I remember going to the officers club with ten pence...I got a bottle “Cresta”,And golden wonder crisps..all that for 10p...so many great memories from living their, I could go on for hours, but I’m sure people who lived the prison life, would know where I’m coming from..🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️🐾🦊😊😊😊😢😢

Quasar Spacegames created a game for Channel 4's _The Crystal Maze_ - the Crystal Defender game. It appeared in the Futuristic Zone in the second series (filmed in late 1990, broadcast in early 1991) and was the first game to be played in the first episode. The contestant was kitted out like the lads in this video, and in the cell had to shoot the Crystal Defender (supposedly a robot, but in all honesty was an extra hired for the show) who would shoot at them when they entered the cell. Each had four lives. If the contestant lost all four of their lives, they lost the game and forfeited the Crystal.
