      There is a little + symbol on each track in the console. That will bring a drop down of all your plugins.

      Usually when you download a plugin there is an instruction sheet in the folder somewhere telling you how to add to a daw. Usually they have you put one of the files into a windows C program folder.

    Trying to figure out the best order to watch your videos in. Did you start with How to make a Template, and then build on that? I think I would get the most out of your videos if I watch them in order as you build the song. Can you post a list of the recommended order to watch your videos? Thanks for some really helpful videos that clearly show how it's done step by step. They are awesome

      Yes I started with how to make a template first. I will be dividing up the videos into Playlists soon. Hopefully that will make it easier to find what you are looking for. Now I’ve found, at least with amp sims, is that it’s better to leave your input signal low and raise the gain stage afterwards because it cuts down on the noise floor and acts like the drive/gain knob on an amp. Especially on the quiet parts

    During vocal recording, can we also use a limiter???-Thank you...

    • @Mixdown_Master
      @Mixdown_Master Před 3 měsíci

      If you are using a limiter because of volume issues that would not be a good idea, and you should find the source of the volume issues. If you are using a limiter in a creative or artistic way then it's fine. I just wouldn't recommend using the limiter due to underlying vocal volume levels not being correct. It's best to find the source of the issue to give a better take.

      Be sure the gain knob on your interface is adjusted properly before recording. Also, I am not sure what gear you are using, but depending on the microphone, it may require more or less gain, or in some instances, a cloud lifter of some kind. Hope this helps! Thank you for watching and subscribing!

      As long as it's an audio track, it should work. Just be careful how much you stretch the note, or you might get artifacts in the sound.
