Awesome Blessing.
:) great voices!
Thank you, thank you, thank you,so much!😭 I whole heartedly needed to hear this message. I need to relax and get back to literature based and gentle homeschooling.
We do Robinson curriculum with a mix of some eclectic CM style language arts. We really like Ruth Beechick too. These books are absolutely the perfect compliment to our style of relaxed mastery of 3Rs.
I found a copy online and just printed it. I'm so excited 😊. I separated it into 6 parts and bound them separately to make it easier to print and use ourselves. I'll be using it with mom delights blank pages (lesson book pages)
I know this video is older, but it’s so encouraging! We are on year 10 of homeschooling and like you I’ve had/tried it all. I’m homeschooling 6 kids with 2 more coming up and it’s refreshing and amazing what favorites we have paired down to. Simple, adorable and basic are all we need. 😊
Great job guys... Xo
Heheheh so coool love all these videos
That was so much work. Praise God we got it done.
Can you please do flip throughs of subsequent grades ? Your approach to homeschooling is very refreshing. Sticking with tried and true for your family and as you said there’s nothing under the sun. Would love if you would share more of your homeschool wisdom ؛)
try using capcut instead of kinmaster. u can download the app from your phone or tablet. there is no watermark and its way better, just don't use their music in the capcut app some is copyrighted
Won't he break his neck like this?

We've had that in Mexico forever. It's called Jamaica. Very good for the health if you don't add the sugar. Dry it and brew it under the sun.
Very nice!
hmmm whats that growing over yonder by the shed?? ;)
Elderberry Bushes
Omg shes such a good singer
I absolutely love this video. I come back and watch it from time to time whenever I get the urge to buy too much curriculum. Less is truly more!! Thank you❤
That’s exactly why I’m here 😊
!!!!!
NO FOOD SHORTAGE IF EVERYONE GET OFF THEIR BUTTS AND GET JOBS, JOBS, JOBS!!!
Praise God! 🙏
I appreciate this video and flip through so much. It was so helpful to hear your thoughts. It is hard to find a balance in a culture where everyone seems to seek out rigorous programs for there child mainly for their own ego while the child is miserably learning.
I have not found too many videos of people using this. I'm considering the updated non consumable version. Language Lessons for Today to use alongside of my Mcguffey books. I appreciate the gentle yet very affective approach. God and moral centered . ❤
I'm also doing a gentle math approach using Life of Fred Math books. You can watch it over on my other channel called Free Homeschool Substitute on CZcams
@@positivelypoindexter5322 great thank you! We use masterbooks math lessons for a living education and rays arithmetic. But I'm hearing so many wonderful things about life with Fred. I have an advanced 1st and 2nd grader in fall. Would you suggest I start at book 1?
@@evabtz if you plan on switching to life of fred I definitely suggest starting at the beginning with Apples because no matter what age or how advanced, they will breeze through the books that they already know and begin to slow down on the exact book they should be on, because it's a story format it is nice to know the story line from the beginning. Plus LOF is more than math, each book contains other knowledge such as Art, History, Science, English and so much more.
@Eva Benitez I also used Ray' s Arithmetic before settling with Life of Fred.
@@positivelypoindexter5322 great advice thank u!
Well said.
Spent today gardening
By the end of this year a new covid-21 will be even deadlier than what we've seen! Get ready and take extra vitamin D your going to need it.
Well done, good and faithful servant.
Thankyou goes to Deedee, Evan, Christopher, Veronica & Ayla for helping with the monumental task of cleaning the yard. 😚😚😚
I think God used the pandemic to teach us to slow down.and to reconnect with God and family.
Therein the enigma of knowledge, to know only according to the flesh and not see the duality of all things that there is a spiritual component to life. Like good and evil, inward and outward, spirit and flesh, Adam and Christ, there is a duality in all things. The man of the flesh knows only to survive to please his belly where the man in the flesh who lives according to the spirit lives to please his Creator. He can hear and “see” that the parables of grass and trees are not simply plants but men, either planted firmly by rivers of living water or hewn down and cast into the fire. That the sun is the Son, and that it and He does not revolve around us as they had thought for thousands of years, that we are the center of creation, but that it and He is, and that we revolve around him, and live for Him. The carnal eye sees the aforementioned but the spiritual man sees both. Like Adam and the old we live to grow by faith into Christ and the new but most will not span this distance for cares of this world. Hence they survive but we thrive. And while both may suffer, we suffer for the right reasons and not the wrong. This world of the flesh is devoid of substance and meaning. They still seek to know the meaning of life, but we know that it’s to be restored to the place God intended us from the beginning, to dwell with Him in Paradise. The world knows not love but only to exist. For that reason, they cannot understand why I would rather live one day having loved and been loved than live a thousand years without it.
I needed this encouragement today. Thank you so much. Love your choice of background music. Blessings.
What a refreshing video. Honesty and reality. Society is so about demonstrating the upside that it won't ever suggest what it takes to get to that, like the hundreds of attempts of that impossible basketball shot but only the one that makes the hoop. Personally, it makes me sick to watch movies where in a dire and critical situation someone always unrealistically asserts that it will be OK or don't worry, it's fine. Or it doesn't matter who won as long as you got your participation trophy too. Sorry I went on a tangent here. I do recall when I pondered a blueberry patch that I was advised to prepare the soil as an acidic environment so I skipped that endeavor for the time being. Maybe until you can adequately amend your patch, you could cut some plastic barrels in half and prepare that soil and give the roots systems room to expand properly and they can bounce back in a larger container while you work the patch. Just a thought. Who knows. I love large container gardening which I call guerilla gardening, that I can move my plants in and out of sun and shade and even hide them as they are mobile when the time comes. Granted a half 55 gallon drum is heavy but I move them around with my garden tractor, etc. Truth is in short supply and knowing that a learning curve involve a lot of trial and error prepares one to anticipate challenges and failures before the elements of success come together. I for one warn others that living off-grid or preparing for SHTF is not just about buying and putting stuff up in the garage or basement and that some magical situation after the fact it will all come together. It's about trying and proving what will and won't work beforehand. Thanks for the dose of reality.
Thanks for recommending using a large plastic containers in the ground I'm definitely going to look into that because I amended the soil to be more acidic when I planted them in the ground originally. Thanks
Wow. This was so interesting to listen to. My mother-in-law tells me they were poor in their native country. At one point they had land, a nanny, and were able to provide college education for their eldest son but because society told them they were poor...they were. She immigrated to the US and now has two jobs to be able to pay for her car, car insurance, and a single bedroom apartment. What an upside down world we live in🙃
Keep doing what you are doing. Your promise garden is blooming.
That kid tho
So... it's basically a kid friendly "Joking Hazzard"?
