All the commenters complaining about the 'upgrade' price.... you're right! It's worse though, when this was initially announced, there was NO discount for Ultra owners... a bunch of us hammered them on here into giving a measly 50% 'discount' for just basically re skinning the thing. Another one here who won't be giving SA another penny. At least they didn't do the 'waves subscription' thing on us, that'll be next i suppose...

I downloaded the update and I am not a fan of the work flow at all. You have to work solely in Revoice and can’t hear anything from Pro Tools. What I gather from this is that the only thing that is better is that you don’t have to transfer to and from Pro Tools. It would work much better if it were implemented like Melodyne ARA. I went back to my old Revoice 4 for the better workflow.

Bought, would love to use it.. but no matter what I do, I cannot find the vocalign pro 6 in extensions in cubase pro 12(.0.70).. Been at it for couple days now.. What am I missing?

I bought the upgrade to Revoice Pro 5 yesterday. It instantly crashes and no response from the support so far. 🙄

Given the comments already posted it hardly seems necessary to add another one but as a disgusted Ultra owner I feel it necessary for Synchro Arts to really feel the wrath of their existing customers. I paid $275 for Ultra and, with that kind of pricing, assumed I'd be treated with some degree of respect by the company. However, making the update from Ultra to Pro a paid update shows how little they care about existing customers and making videos like this one show how little they think of their customers. This video is pure and simple gaslighting. The move from Ultra to Pro consists of bug fixes, cosmetic changes and a couple of very fringe workflow changes. There is absolutely no justification for this being a paid update and making a video talking about "major enhancements" and "massive improvements and changes" feels like a further kick in the teeth. It's just not true and saying it over and over again still doesn't make it true. I've already told Synchro Arts that I'll never spend another penny with them if they want to charge me for this update and thought that was the end of the matter. But this video just triggered me into commenting again. 😠

I bought the last one this I just keep finding myself in logic aligning my doubles in flex pitch. Technically this is supposed to be better like melodyne, I think they need pitch available in multiple tracks view

Your upgrade price is an insult for what it adds. Your customer service is non-existent. I filed a support ticket a week ago and I've yet to get a response. What LANDR has done to you guys since acquiring you is absolutely pathetic. But keep making these videos to try to convince people it's worth the upgrade because even you are embarrassed.

So basically the only key difference is protools ara with a prettied up darker ui. So effectively no need to update if you don’t work in protools.

I figured out how to get my VocAlign into ARA mode, but how do I get my "GUIDE" section to stop saying "FROM SIDECHAIN" and saying "Capture"? Also in ARA mode, my side chain section top right of the plugin has disappeared. Using Logic 10.7.7

this feels like extortion. revoice pro 4 isnt that old and you keep pumping paid updates.... plugin boutigue wants 230,- euros! for upgrading from 4 to 5 WTF? apparently i dont have a synchro account to use the cheaper timely update.... and like how many people actually understand this program.... too complicated....

Doesn’t work on my Mac

Super frustrated. I downloaded the new demo but I never get a "CAPTURE" option on the guide track. Reached out to the support and they told me to update my Mac OS and Logic X. I did both. Still no Capture option in the guide track. Please help!!!

I used Vocalign Ultra for a good while and found that it whilst it was generally useful, sometimes it produced results that were pretty bad (digital artefacts and warbling etc). I was hoping that there would be an improvement in this upgrade but the results are sometimes worse! I'm currently working on a project with a great vocalist who has quite a gravelly rock voice (think Paul Rodgers, Rod Stewart, Joe Cocker etc) and the algorithm on VocAlign just can not handle it. Trying to align and RePitch a vocal performance which is already close to the original is very hit and miss. I would say that around a third of the results are so bad as to be unusable. I can use Melodyne to do the work which is flawless but it's time consuming. The whole point of Vocalign is to save time. I have raised a ticket with SynchroArts giving examples of this and am awaiting a response but am so far very disappointed given the cost of the upgrade

my tracks in cubase 13 are NOT loading into your menu! What on EARTH is happening with your software? *Edit* Ok, I had to close cubase and re-open it, and then it seems like a lot of copies of my audio came up, after I clicked to capture audio a few times (I guess it had to cache a few times... which is SUPER WEIRD on my Mac Ultra w/128GB Ram... But, at least it's doing something now, even though there are literally only THREE audio files in the entire project right now).

vocalign pro ARA is not showing up in my pro tools. i have tried running it both native and rosetta and it doesn't show up in both. i am running sonoma 14.5 and i have pro tools 2024.6. why isn't it showing up for me?

Just installed Pro Tools 2024.6, had bought Vocalign 6 Standard a few days ago, the ARA option doesn't appear in my sessions. Audiosuite does appear and RX Spectral Editor also. What am I doing wrong?

Wait, so you don't see the changes being reflected in the waveforms? You just have to trust that when you see the indicator on the top right of the waveform, that the track has been aligned? Am I missing something?
