Thank you Adam! I agree with you. While I like their heavy records, there is something magical about their synth-pop era. I never understood why Al is hating on it so much or is embarrassed by it, because the songs themselves are very solid, great hooks, sound diversity, lyrics not connected to the politics. And music really doesn't have to be 240 BPM with overdriven guitars to be HEAVY (hello there Gorija, Cave-In, Karnivool, Tool etc). :)

@@tomaskarban20 I think because at the time he was transitioning into the metal version of ministry and maybe he felt people wouldn't take him seriously if they found out he was in a new wave synth pop band which is silly because you are right it's a fantastic record.

@@tomaskarban20 the only mildly embarassing part of the record is the quasi-british accent he's put on but that's forgivable

@@ToddChaddingtonEsq Yeah, but honestly, I can't imagine it WITHOUT the accent. But I noticed he dropped the fake accent in recent live perfomances of Revenge. I guess there is no need to fake anything anymore. :)
