Dang, you look so adorable haha. But also, nice message man. It is so true, I have always struggled with fear of sudden big changes, especially in the professional area. I have left 3 of the 5 jobs I had and now because of this, once again Im unemployed and struggling even more. Once a big change comes, I become overridden with anxiety, stress and fear, and end up turning my back on a good opportunity, then comes the regret and all the what-ifs, but too late. Im scared of disappointing my superiors, scared of confrontation, and having to be in a position of leading others bc I never think I can do it. It becomes a paralyzing issue any time, and instead of tackling it head on, I freeze, and take the worst decision ever in abandoning my projects. It is so true what you said in my case about always being Me vs Me regardless of if there is someone else in my workplace fanning those flames. Nothing has happened yet, but my own mind tells me "you're gonna fail, save that humiliation and just leave instead" and it becomes a constant thought until I follow through with it...without anyone pushing me out of the way, I just take myself out. But hey thanks for the message, and keep doing this, you might have just started or might have a small channel, but just like I came across your video randomly and needed to hear this, someone else might. Good luck brother! Oh and, you earned a sub!
Hey Man, I know exactly where you are coming from. Facing one fears is one of the hardest things to do, and no matter what, it will be uncomfortable, but you must remember, and I'm sure you know that the pain of not doing it hurts like hell. Can it really be that much worse? (P.S it's not, it's quite relieving actually). The places where we are most uncomfortable are the places we grow the most; good luck, my friend!
