Ruan Mei's ult also counts as a debuff, so you can have a total of 3 debuffs

if you just have topaz then it applies 1 debuffif topaz has a signature cone, then it gives 2 debuffs, and with E1 3 debuffs

Yes. You're correct. I think I was trying to squeeze another basic atk of SW to funnel energy there to use an early ult in next wave, but I forgot Sparkle isn't Bronya and did not manage to pull and cut the turn order before the quantum break killed the robot.

I have both at E3 and with their best team, JL can deal 923k dmg with 3 supp while DH can only deal 690k dmg with 3 supp. Also gepard has no ice weak, 40% ice resist, and JL is E0. Hi! With Atk boots JY, using his ultimate pre-7 stacks would make LL too speedy which may overtake Sparkle in the turn order thereby missing a 10stack LL in the process and much less damage output.
