I need to train techs using robot studio but using code from our floor robot. Is there anything I can reference to so this ? What makes our robots difficult is you can’t jog robot where you want and push modify. It’s all math based when you need to make adjustments.
Thanks for this. I jusat started a ob where there is nothing but devicenet. I have onlu used DLR. THere was Devicenet in a plant I worked as an automation engineer, but that wasn't my responsibility, so my exsposure is there , but the engineering level configuration isnt there. I have ordered some devicenent stuff to build a network and go from there. This will surely help a lot. Liked and subscribed.

X1 and x2 create a line. Y1 is a point which creates a line perpendicular to the line X1 to x2. Where that perpendicular line intersects the pine is your zero zero
Should the pen be placed anywhere on a table or does it need to be in reference to something else like the UCP or WorkObJ?
It can be located anywhere as long as it doesn't move during the data collection

Works perfectly! The cons is that 850 simulator last for 10 minutes, and you have to create those BOOL_ variables one by one (in the first time, then you save it as a template, like you said).
