Guarda has stolen money from me twice now. They also refuse to respond to me. When I exchanged my BTC for XMR, I got nothing but $1.50. started with close to $200. This exact thing happened awhile ago couple years ago but I knew less about crypto then and thought I did something wrong. They won't help me and are commiting fraud and stealing money

GUARDA is having major issues with processing USDT TRX Transaction fee calculation. Because of their issue, no one can pay off their USDT TRX Loans. Daily interest is being added to Loan even though its their fault. Lawyers please msg me. TX.

I’m very disappointed with Guarda I had written my password and I deleted my wallet by accident even having my backup I can’t retrieve my wallet because it won’t recognize my password even though I write it down and now I don’t know what to do what a disaster I’m so disappointed. Accidents happen and Guarda should have been aware of that. To lose everything by accident and then even though you write the password and doesn’t recognize it what a waste of time I’m so disappointed support just emailed me a couple of things and didn’t take me seriously

Doesnt work. It just never detects the ledger and says "please unblock and connect your ledger" but it is connected and on the BTC app - this just doesnt work

Yeah I had xdc on my Guarda wallet I had the right password. I tried to login in with it wouldn’t let me and said the password was wrong. So now I can’t get to my xdc just because it keeps saying your password is wrong. Which I know it’s right because I document everything I do that involves crypto. There’s no option to change or even pull up information about it.

I am unable to access my XDC in the XDCwallet anymore with the 100% correct 12 memorable words and password. The 1st ETH address / hd derivation path (or any other of the hundreds of ETH addresses are not the correct ones) so XDC shows 0. Someone said they had the same issue and imported the funds to guarda using their memorable words and password, which I all typed in correctly and imported, however the wallet in guarda shows 0 too. I can still see them on blocksScan. XDC support e-mail bounces back and is non existent which is worrisome. Help!
