I AM HUMAN, ONE AMONGST THE WORLD......
I have grown to be someone who doesn't BLEND IN, but rather STAND-OUT.
And by STANDING-OUT, others have CAST ME OUT, because I don't FIT-IN.
But "Blending-in" is analogous to "Apathy" -- it FITS because the rest of the world STICKS with it.
But I AM HUMAN, ONE AMONGST THE WORLD.
I STAND-OUT because I am AMONG YOU; I am AMONG YOU because I am UNBOUND by what YOU STICK with.
But no matter how much you shut me out, I will keep knocking on the door to your heart.
Because once you let me in, I know you'd finally come to see.
I am the BRIDGE that CONNECTS each and every single one of YOU.
So that every single one of YOU will neither be DIFFERENT nor INDIFFERENT -- WE Shall ALL Just Be HUMAN.
I AM HUMAN, ONE AMONGST THE WORLD.
I might not MAKE SENSE most of the time, but I will MAKE plenty of SENSE whenever IT counts.
FOR I AM HUMAN, BOTH AMONG AND WITH THE WORLD.

all the Ken's screaming NYOOOOOH when he takes his macklemore coat off 😂😂
This movie got such mixed reviews but I loved it. So funny and touching
I love this movie so much! I would actually buy it 🩷🍿🎥
It's crazy Barbie is just being herself, but there r ppl n this world with so much hate and jealousy.

Wow nice
Drizzle.........🎉 Drizzle.
I’m sorry cuz all the comment are like rlly touching and stuff but it’s so funny when Ken slaps himself all the other Kens’ go like “OH NAUR UR SO COOL😂❤”
LOVE That Part Too, Coz WE Don't Really GET THAT Kind of "SUPPORT" From FELLOW MEN...... 😅😅😅 I APPRECIATE YOU NOTICING...... :)

All these great comments, I guess I’m gonna need to watch this movie.
I love what she says about how “mothers stand still so their daughters can look behind them and see how far they’ve come.” 💪
And mothers of the past would be horrified to know that today’s women have lost their biological rights to men and must yield to their whims again.
I loved America's scene it was raw and real about perfectionism myth
3:01 this is wild for Astrid
We are only fighting because we don't know who we really are.
Margot is amazing in this film. She's such a good role model, on and off screen
Pretty Dark
I think this movie views society with tunnel vision and tends to generalize, but I think it captures an essence that’s baroque and artistic in a way of silly humor and cliches while telling an enriching tale about the lives of men and women with a great script and powerful performances with so many layers! Ryan gosling needs this Oscar! Greta and Noah need this Oscar!
Oh man I've never seen a Barbie movie so deep...😢
6:33 my favorite ken. don't ask why, he just is.
The only barbie movie that i loved ❤❤❤
How is Ken able to cry if he's still a doll?
Because it's barbieland, Where anyone can do anything they can imagine
Margot Robbie is a great actor in a role, don't get me wrong but why not Jennifer Lawrence as Barbie at least for a cameo perhaps?😂
Because she doesnt look like her. The only real life barbie will always be Claudia Schiffer. Everything about her was natural so I am tired of these "unrealistic beauty ideal" rantings from some bitter chicks. Women can look like that but its rare....though the more mesmerizing.
I have never been expected, that this masterpiece will be one of the most important movies in female history. LOVE IT
As a 32 yr old man I shouldn't like this movie as much as I did
Also a 32 yr old man and love this movie
Only character i liked was ken

Margot robbie is super hot
that's your takeaway?
Isn't this supposed to be funny?

"Math is hard!" Barbie once said
This I TOTALLY AGREE WITH!
yeah Barbie is a perfect 10 err 20, Deal with it, find a safe space well away from Barbie and cry your hearts out BAAAAHAAHAHAHA
Beautiful movie. The last 15 minutes are magical, and Billie's song makes it otherworldly. Margot Robbie IS Barbie, beautiful and perfect. Best Actress. Rhea Perlman's scenes are brief but wonderful. Love to see her win an oscar. And that's coming from someone who has never liked anything she's ever done. But missing from these clips is the scene with one of the movie's most important narratives, "...and one day, the Kens will have as much power and influence in Barbieland as women have in the real world." !!!
I'll get pushback for this but I don't think the scene with the girls at the school fit the movie while keeping the BarbieLand theme. It contracted the other as Barbieland was diverse and women supported women.
Well the thing is the girls are at an age where they’re essentially rejecting femininity because they associate all girly things with sexism (most girls go through a I hate pink and I’m not like other girls phase) and through the movie she realizes that Barbie and traditionally feminine things are not the cause for sexism and she was shoehorning other people into stereotypes at the same time as being mad that people did that to her. I think it’s an important part of the film to show like how girls views of gender roles and who they are changes as they grow up.
Hapiness in the pink castle!.... Sorry for my French accent.
Great movie Sends up everyone and everything. Deep down it has a very human story and gives men and women plenty to think about after the credits have rolled. ❤ Margot Robbie -found her performance incredibly moving.
Barbie is a really enjoyable movie ruined by its dumb feminist theme. The premise of the movie is "What if women treated men the same way that men treat women?" Which makes the whole movie a lie because the way men are treated in the movie is nothing like the way women are supposedly treated today. We're supposed to see the set-up of the movie as a role reversal of men and women. But we don't live in a society where women aren't allowed to work, or where they only serve at the pleasure of men, or where they have no important role in society. Yet the movie would like us to believe that the way that men are treated in the movie is the same way that women are actually treated today. The whole thing is a false metaphor .
Well if you watch the movie, a man told Ken that in the real world, they are better at hiding the patriarchy nowadays. I mean, just look at who rule your countries. Who gets paid more, the male lead of a movie or the female lead etc
@@qiqisongs I'd be questioning your simplified view of the world. Firstly, patriarchy alludes to a gender imbalance creating inequality and injustice. For the last 100 years, men have thrived in entrepreneurship and create businesses at a rate 80-85% v 14-15% on an annual basis, therefore, there are more men in business and in senior roles. Men tend to create businesses they are interested in, and women tend not to work for such companies out of having different interests. Secondly, the finance industry is 70% male. The construction industry is 99% male. However the beauty industry is 89.6% female, and the service industry 62.59% female. Industries males dominated are considered Patriachal but those dominated by women are not Matriachal. Can you make that make sense? Thirdly, Feminism deliberately miscommunicates history to push its political agenda. For instance, women didn't have the right to vote, Which is true, but Feminists do not explain that no (working class) people - man or woman - had the right to vote up until 1913 in the UK and around 1870-1920 in the US. Pre 19th-20th century you had to own land or property for the right to vote. Id highly recommend reading some history books. And actually, look at the data regarding your other inaccurate points.
People that get this opinion obviously never played with Barbie’s. Which will mostly be males as intended. 😉 Barbies are truly for girls. It is a girls world. Ken was created for Barbie not the other way around. The movie gave some type of context to it, playing into modern feminism ideals however the entire creative aspect behind Barbie was always feminism. People should stop taking things so seriously n deeply. Yes, there is a message. However… it’s Barbie. They are just Barbie. Barbie girl n a Barbie world. Not real life. Feet n a permanent arch for heels. Laugh, cry, enjoy, n move on.
i think it is supposed to represent the way women were treated decades and decades ago, no house of their own, no job, "dumb", because at the end of the movie the narrator says something like "maybe one day the kens will be as important as women are now in the real world", because even if the kens have jobs now, they still cant have the most important jobs in barbieland, their world is still evolving, its satire. barbieland is still not treating everyone equally, and thats the point.
@@hadaniss8466 Great story, and it seems you have been indoctrinated as you made the presupposition without research of how 'women were treated decades ago'. But its a misreading of history. Its missing a massive proponent. Free will. Women have always worked, just not in the same capacities or fields as men. Regards to the past and opportunity. Feminists purposefully miscommunicate that we lived in Feudal societies for centuries. In order to have a home, you needed land, and in order to gain land and property you needed to provide military service. Women did not serve in the military, hence they didnt typically own property, and in 2023 women make up less than 1% of the military workforce, so this isnt a narrative of 'oppression' it is choice. Regards to having the 'most important jobs.' In the UK men have for over 100 years created businesses at around a rate of 80-85% to women 10-15% on annual basis. If you feel that 80-85% of businesses should be forced to have women on boards, when there are less women in business and a smaller talent pool, because of their gender, then that yours perspective but personally i like the idea of meritocracy. And there are alot of other misconceptions flying around. Look this up! The most popular is that women never had the right to vote. But the truth is that no (working class) person, 99% of society, had the right to vote until circa 1913 in the UK, and the US 1920. To be clear - no man or woman who was working class had the right to vote, but you didnt know that, and most people dont. And an alternative narrative has been forced and indoctrinated on society to make the argument of 'patriachy' more compelling. They rely on society not doing any research! This is what makes feminism more of an extremist group than a force for good. And films like Barbie are propaganda and hugely divisive especially when your telling 10s of millions of people women are oppressed.
I love that Ken is being considered the real hero and main character. It’s just brilliant and perfect because the Ken’s were right

Honestly, I think most people feel like that regardless of who they are...
@@CJ-sw8lclet’s be real there’s a very hard special standard for women. Societies views on women are mainly physical and presentation wise. The Male standard is more rooted in behavior
@@foxyrocky7522 Isn't it all rooted in behavior? (How you present yourself, etc?) The world is very challenging for women - I think - and, in lots of ways, isn't set up to accommodate them. But when people say "I feel 'x', and that proves that society is weighted against me" Well - maybe. But knowing lots of humans (and being one myself), I really think the things in this video are quite universal. For men, it'd be "Be taller, not so tall that you're intimidating. Be muscular, but don't be a 'gym bro'. Be sensitive, but also be strong and silent. Be with your family, but away working endless hours to provide for them. Be passionately interested in something, but don't share it with your girlfriend or you're 'mansplaining'." ^ This is only off the top of my head, but I never feel like I live up to society's standards, and it's probably sort of impossible to... In the end, I wish we could all just get along, and all be free to flourish :)
