1911 John wins over all, he took hundreds of shots at the end of rdr1, he technically would have more experience because Arthur died and john lived to be 38, also John took down 2 leaders of a gang, Javier Escuela and Bill Williamson, and was friends with a legendary gunslinger named Landon Rickets, who taught him a lot of things.

Considering arthur is pretty much still the fastest in the camp at drawing with TB which should defocus him and make him slower and everything since tb makes you Waaaay weaker than you should be and prime arthur (no Tb 1899) vs prime jhon (1911) would honestly leave jhon dead but there is some points in which jhon is better than arthur which is agility in running basically and endurance because jhon has been shot way to many times throughout the 2 games and never died which was almost guaranteed at the time granted arthur was also shot only once and survived it somewhat and tb makes your life 50x more difficult since you become so weak to the point of tripping hitting your hand against the floor and getting severe injuries(happened to me even tho i literally stopped the fall at that time i had an infection and tb at the same time as was pretty weak for like a few months so overall jhon wins in durability but not by that much since arthur somehow survived getting shot after having a sickness that could make a beating a serious death threat
