I am a hairstylist and salon owner that created a method of carving petals into my clients' hair. I draw heavily from the styles of 60’s Paris & 70’s Rock and Roll and specialize in framing faces while embracing natural texture with nothing more than my straight razor. I am currently an international educator teaching advanced cutting techniques to hairstylists and I have been featured in the New York Times, Forbes, and CNN. What originally started as a passion for education has now evolved into new territory.
I BELIEVE PEOPLE HAVE THE RIGHT TO CUT THEIR OWN HAIR. I embarked on the exciting journey of empowering women to do this at home. This has been one of the most unique and beautiful experiences of my career.

Maybe the answer is simpler than that:
A good haircut is flattering and feels good.

A good haircut grows into new shapes that also feel great over time.
A good haircut is tailored to your unique texture and face shape.
A good haircut doesn’t scream “just cut.”
A good haircut is your own cool crown of petals-unique to you.
A good haircut looks even better after being slept on.
A good haircut makes you feel like your true self.
A good haircut brings out your personality.
A good haircut highlights your most flattering features.
A good haircut boosts your confidence.
So let’s move away from questioning if it’s perfect or exactly like someone else’s. Instead, ask yourself one simple question:

Love this cut, looks beautiful! I had the same issue when I was trying to get a pixie cut, the stylist I saw did not take enough bulk out of my hair and it looked poofy.
I bought a Jatai from the US - with tax and shipping it was pretty expensive. However, I got my hair washed and ready and realised it wasn't where I thought it was. I've since located it and going to cut my hair tomorrow 😁🤩
