Why are fixator nails loosened?

I got the epicondyle fracture surgery in 2016 please tell me the screw could be taken out because it is bothering me a lot it will cause irritation if I pick something up even sometimes if I move my arm up

Hi Dr. Abdelgawad. This video is very informative -- thank you! At 8:02 you mention eccentric exercise for insertional Achilles tendinosis, but dorsiflexion aggravates mine. The following video recommends isometric exercises at first, then eccentric once there's sufficient healing/strength: czcams.com/video/mWUzsQILzWA/video.html. Thanks again and best to you!
Correct, the MD was absolutely wrong. If insertional, you will make things worse by following this quack.
