Hi there, the bench vices in the Ingco range are similar looking but are quite a bit bigger than the Tork Craft units. With that said there is a brand called Wadfow that is produced by the same company that manufactures Ingco, in the Wadfow brand there are bench vices that are almost identical

The spindle lock refers to the chuck, it simply means the chuck is keyless / self locking - I hope this helps?

If you live in the USA, go with the traditional brands. Milwaukee is one of the sturdiest. but top priced. I go with Dewalt, a bit less but most contractors use it. They last for Ever. My old Professional Black & Decker(Dewalt) from the 1980's outlasted(Still works) the same size never Ingco

Hi Paul, I would think the drill you bought is the non impact drill. The units will look identical, the easiest way to check would be to look at your part number. In the Ingco range all the Impact drills part no. start with CIDLI whereas the non-impact drills part no. starts with CDLI.

Hi Paul, no that is not normal. I would take it back to the retailor you purchased the unit from and submit a warranty claim. Ingco are very good with servicing and warranty claims and should be able to sort you out easily.

and 2nd i forgot the worse cons of this unit is that speed selector you if you just want the low settings which i really want for my work as cabinet makers, it will not stay where the low speed are you need to change it everytime you turn on this unit.

Yes, I noticed the sequential too. At 4ah it will charge one or perhaps two batteries simultaneously. It will be a great overnight charger for six batteries

@@NorthernBoltandTool here in PH ingco fighting too many chinesse brand industrial wise ill go with it but for diy there are more cheaper brands but can do just fine... i want there products but battery cost to much here

​@@jhapz22im from PH and you are just telling lies, Ingcos batteries are more cheaper than does known brand like Makita, Bosch, Stanley & Dewalt which is also available here in PH. Im a woodworker/carpenter and i have some Ingco and Bosch cordless tools you cant find any other alternatives for Ingco if you want cheaper price with a good quality and afterservice supports here because the other cheaper and not known brands are all garbages which i also tried some of them.
