Is this available in the US?
It's not unfortunately. Hopefully in the future, but we only ship to the UK at the moment.
Great idea
What is the price of the machine? Also what is the price if sold without the bench?
The Multi-Functional Trainer on its own is £2,360 with the code 'SAVE5'. Here's the link (musclesquad.com/products/musclesquad-multi-functional-trainer). If you'd like to buy it in a package with our FID bench, barbell and your choice of weight plates then it's £2,850 (musclesquad.com/products/gym-multi-functional-rack-bench-barbell-and-weights-packages?variant=43782236668133).
can i also use cuffs for the overhead movement?
Hey, yes you can use a cuff for overhead extensions too. To make the movement comfortable, start with the cable pulley just below shoulder height. 😄
@@MuscleSquad thank you so much for replying! i am just getting back into the gym after almost a year of not training because of an autoimmune disease, and two surgeries, and im looking to make my workouts from now on more effective than before! have a nice day!

@@THEREALTWISTEDINSANE Unfortunately not, we only deliver to the UK. We do plan to change that but it wouldn't be possible for us to get the rack to the US right now. We appreciate the love for the product though! #worldwidechoppers
does it take Jammer arms guys ? as im loooking to invest a good deal in a few months on a rack
Hi Craig, It sure does! The Advanced Multi-Functional Trainer will be compatible with the original model's attachments, meaning these jammer arms will fit it no problem: musclesquad.com/products/multi-functional-trainer-jammer-arms. Exciting to hear that you're planning to get a rack set-up sorted soon. Our shipment of the advanced trainers is due in late July. If you have any questions about the rack, drop us an email on info@musclesquad.com or reach out to the team during office hours over live chat or on the phone: musclesquad.com/pages/contact-us. Hope that helps! 👊
Hey, The stickers are marked up in both KG and Lbs in all of our racks so there’s no need to do any calculations. We sell these racks in both countries which use both systems and apart from the two comments on CZcams we haven’t been told it’s an issue otherwise. If we change the weights to split for both regions it could cause issues due to different sized components and tolerances which could cause manufacturing issues. I’m afraid it’s something we are not planning on changing anytime soon.
Can you please stop using 10lbs increments in your british products. I really wanted to buy the 'Phase 4 Cable Equipped Multi Functional Squat Rack with Smith Machine' but I refuse to have some weight stack thats like 9kg, 14kg etc. Who really wants to halve those. Every other british company like Primal that makes squat racks made for the UK makes them in KG increments ie 5kg, 10kg, 15kg. Annoyingly at the moment Primal dont do a functional trainer that I want with a smith machine and the only reason I wont be buying yours is the weight stacks. I have US Ironmaster DB and its the most annoying thing having to add up weights in LBS then convert to KG. Please consider changing the stacks so they are in KG increments (5kg, 10kg, 15kg). Its not just me thats annoyed by this other reviewers have mentioned it. I really do want to buy your products but the weight stack kg increments is such a turn off :(
are you making hammer arms for it ? p3 ..
Thanks bro
Setting that up will get old
No different to setting up a Lat pull down. When people don’t have space they need the equipment to be versatile.
Right guys loosing my mind in assembly between the instructions and video @ 7:54. The bolt securing the cable to lower superstructure is too large to fit through the chain. Are you supposed to use a carribiner on both ends? Extremely frustrating getting stuck at this point
@Sheepish1991 did you ever sort this? Stuck on the same part!
when are the jammer arms coming for the phase 3 ?
I would love to see a video on the quality of your phase 3 stack pulley system and if it can be bused as a cable cross over
You say the weight stacks go up in 5kg increments but they don’t. They go up in 10lbs increments. Why did you do this if you’re English? We lift in kilos.
Unfortunately this put me off buying the 'Phase 4 Cable Equipped Multi Functional Squat Rack with Smith Machine'. I have no idea why any British company would do their weights in even Lbs. I even emailed the company and they said the weights were in KG but who wants to halve like 9kg its so annoying! If they sorted this out and did it in even Kg ie 5kg, 10kg, 15kg etc I would be so happy and I would have finally found a mutli-function trainer that met all my needs.
@@claremartin4653 I’ve now bought their newest rack. It’s amazing and I’m going to get used to the 4.5kg plates. The reason they all do it is because that’s how the plates are made in China. If you have room, buy their phase 4 rack. You can buy with or without a smith machine.
Just got these they look great and very well made, nice and smooth movement when changing weigh.
So helpful!!!
Hello. Free standing, so does not need bolting to the floor?

I do this on my phase 2 quarter rack, using the pulley, ankle strap and resting my working leg on the lat pulldown brace. Works great 👍

Hello, my friends, my life warriors! I like the look of your Racks the Phase 4 Racks look outstanding too.

Just bought and assembled this. Got to say the build quality is excellent, although a few minor scratches here and there. I researched a lot of racks and this one had everything i needed. The pulley system is smooth, no jerking when lowering the weight stack. On assembling, have another person with you who can lift some of the stuff, as some of the bars weigh a fair bit. I did it on my own and there were a few scary moments. Overall, i'm well pleased with the rack.
We are so happy to hear that you are pleased with your purchase! Most assembly's are best with two people. We look forward to seeing your training progress!

Is it just me or are all of their "hacks" basically just exercises? 😅 Here's a "hack" for ya, just hold onto the little plastic balls on the end of the cable then you don't have all the metalwork clanking over each other & your knuckles like in the video 👍

Great cause! I'd like to help
Do you offer a customised package for the rack? I.e. Purchasing without the pulley or the monolifts? Quite interested in this but I have a separate lat pulldown station already and I don't like using monolifts.
We don't offer customised packages for this rack, with the monolifts you don't have to use them, you can just store them away. The pulley is a part of the rack, we do offer other quarter racks that don't have pulley system built in which you can find on our website: www.musclesquad.com

Hi, is this still seeking as the link doesn't work any longer?
Hi Jolyon, we are still selling our Phase 2 freestanding folding rack and still have a few left in stock, thank you for pointing out the link was not working, I have updated it so it will take you to the website now. 🙂 JY - MuscleSquad Admin
I’m interested in this rack, I understand that it can be safely used without bolting it to floor or wall? Does the pulley station come with any weights? I’m bit confused about the info on your site?
Hi Pawel, Yes, you can use the rack safely without bolting it to the wall or floor. If you purchase the rack on its own you do not get any weights, but we have options where you can purchase packages which include weights that you can use for the pulley. We are happy to answer any additional questions you may have, please feel free to reach out to us on our live chat, or call or email us: musclesquad.com/
@@MuscleSquad only to confirm, poles for weights storage are optional to install?
@@pawelgedyk1762 Yes, the weight storage poles on the back uprights of the rack are optional, you do not have to install them.
@@MuscleSquad What are disadvantages/drawback of your Phase 2 Quarter Squat Rack with Cable Pulley compared to this full rack? I have limited space I think I could still fit either of them but would like to know the biggest differences and drawbacks ?
@@pawelgedyk1762 The biggest difference is the folding mechanism which allows you to save on floor space, the folding saves 1m square worth of floor space. Both racks come with a similar set of accessories which are quite comprehensive, spotter arms, j hooks, lat pull down, dip handles etc. The other main difference is the pull up bars, for the quarter rack you have the cannon balls with on the bars giving you a higher variety and ability to train hand strength which can carry over to things like climbing, whereas with the freestanding folding its a more standard pull up bar. (I personally prefer the pull up bar on the freestanding folding, but this is down to personal preference. One advantage with the freestanding folding is that you get extra built in plate storage along the back two uprights, so you are able to store more plates on it than the quarter rack.
