    Well to day I had a problem with my phone 15 pound went missing with a top up voucher as am with Tesco pay as you go went to my store told them what happened turned out it was my mistake but as it was genuine with no questions asked they gave me a free 15 pound top up voucher IV been with Tesco for most of my life and this was a brilliant experience and Tesco are brilliant with how they treated me so 12 out of 10 from me well done Tesco and I know this would not happen with other phone shops and companies thank you so much Tesco fantastic service

    As a consumer I can say that there are somethings that I want to shop around for and then there are certain things that I want specifically from a particular place or supplier. Perhaps business owners can first be clear on what type of consumers they are going to serve and that could be a great way to alleviate a large part of their problems. Once you know what you are supplying and you know what type of customers you have frequenting your establishment then it takes away from competition because you are focused on your product and service with a level of ease. And in the process, you accommodate and review any feedback from your customers to make changes, improvement as needed. This way you will maintain consistency of product and services. Keep in mind that not all customers are constantly looking for changes yet if changes do occur you would do so with consideration and thorough review of customer's feedback.

    This is so good! I always think how my generation has gone too far the other way we meant to go. We wanted balance but we choose comfort in the expense of our health, individualism in the expense of our connectedness and sense of community, money in the expense of our peace and certainly, power ( corporation) in expense of our own humanity and love. Now I wonder if there is still time to change the course of our fate or if we all will be victims of our greed.

    I am a respectful gull guy, I've understand that showing respect to others makes them do stuff that they wouldn't do for others. For example my boss was yelling at me for doing wrong tasks when I was new and costumers asked me how I can be able to work here with such a disgusting boss? , and I answered "It's okay he's just stressed, he don't mean to be like that". And the thing is I always do my best when I work because I believe if no matter what I have to do my best doing my job because it'll improve my own skills and builds my discipline to not stop whatever may happen. My boss told me some days later "Imran u really like to work with you because you are a happy person and do a great job. And then I told him" I really like to work here, I think it's a fun job and I believe if I do my best here to make this company do as well as possible then I'll be able to do it with my own business in the future, but I want to tell you something that I've been wanting to tell you. You know I do my best here and sometimes I do mistakes but you gotta understand I am new here, I might do mistakes but you gotta understand that I am really doing my best, and I don't like that you get mad at me infront of the costumers, the costumers asked me why I work here and that you are a disgusting boss and I told them that it's okay and you are just stressed and has to handle too much stuff, he don't mean to be disrespectful". Then I saw in his eyes that he imidetly decided that I deserve more respect for really doing my best even thoe he is disrespectful to me and that I am a man enough to talk to him face to face and telling what I think in a respectful way instead of getting angry at him. Now we are friends and he is very kind to me. This is mental strength to be able to handle negative stuff in life calmly and not letting the emotions get in the conversation. Whenever I want to give credit I try to give it with respect and also meaning what I say. It's important to make people feel respected and they'll show respect and understand better. I didn't want to quite my job because I told myself that I am either going to make him respect me or els if I quite I'll feel like a looser that wasn't able to change people. I work alot on the mental strength because everything in this world is mental and we need to master it.
