Wrong…. I tried going without a lawyer and represent myself and I got screwed by the judge and I lost custody of my daughter. Mother withheld child from me for over 8 years…. Filed multiple contempts nothing happened…. And the court awarded her new husband custody/adopt my daughter from me!! This was last year!!….Most devastating thing that has ever happened in my life… and I have never been able to recover FATHERS HAVE NO RIGHTS………and the courts don’t care!!

I was quote 280000AUD for my family case and estimated 1.5 to 2years of fighting for the kids and proving false allegations mind you the allegations made were never made to police nor was i ever arrested for any of them she made her initial affidavit then when I started showing videos of her being abusive and in front of our kids too her next affidavit was accused me of everything you can think of and i mean everything from S.A to child abuse to DV and list goes on in the end i told the magistrate I can not deal with this shes doing my head in and with the courts favouring women mostly in western countries as per case law studies ive done in my country 87percent cases are won by women plus im a normal man not a millionaire not a 6figure salary man either so 280k was a joke for justice thats when you know court systems and the costs are not built for justice as justice is not free and considering she kept the kids and the house and i couch surfed and im writting this semi homeless well im boxing my stuff for storage so i dont have to cart it around whilst being homeless but I work fulltime cost of houses in my country are 950k to 1.5million Sydney Australia. And after a woman destroys your life goodluck saving up 150k needed for a home deposit but i am starting to be at peace knowing that i know i wont be alive in another 5years the way its going from false allegations homelessness now jail time im 39 ive had a good enough life ive experienced enough in this life that i know if i choose to stick around its gonna be the same as the last 20years getup go to work be a slave to a society a western society thats falling apart rife of false allegations and metoo false garbage when i was in jail for a fight with a family member i learnt about 20percent of inmates were innocent fighting false DV allegations as now in Australia victim services give compensation payouts to women for dv so as soon as your charged (not even found guilty hasnt even gone to trial yet) a woman can get the $5'500 DV payment and if proven false and innocent she doesnt pay it back she isnt charged nope nothing...i guess god bless the australian justice system but then again the the royal commission into institutional child abuse our senator bill heffernan once again brought up the 28 elite paedophiles in our parliment an Ex Prime Minister, high rank cops, family couet judges, lawyers, doctors criminal court judges yup a huge paedo ring go watch the videos you think americas bad...go look at how disgusting our aussie gov is and its justice system they were funnelling our kids for their elite paedo ring mates like it was a fkn Jeffrey Epstien island party hosted by P Diddy...
