I had no clue Star Ocean had such interesting gearing options. I kinda assumed it was just a Final Fantasy situation where weapons and armor were just exponentially larger numbers
@@supesmin446 The moment I see Bloody Armor effect, it's just matter of what or how can you broke the game with it. Always love when a game give me an option to become higher state of mind than God. Which is why I recommend you to play 7th Dragon VFD, if you haven't heard it yet. Just like Star Ocean, you could break the game there as well.

@@supesmin446 Only Star Ocean The Second Story as far as I can tell. Dev realizes giving player invincibility armor to the player was a mistake, so in future games they tone down the bonker meter.
@@ReifinDFanchon This is only the tip of the iceberg for breaking SO2. Pictured you have Claude with the Godslayer which isn't actually his strongest weapon and from the images it's unclear if you're wearing both the Berserker Ring and the Ring of Might at the same time on him (which you want to do). You can stack Angel Feather with Power Up and a Potion of the Winds, and get even more ATK depending on your Formation (even further still if you have someone equipped with the Full Bonus Factor). Meteor Palm dealing 20,000+ per hit isn't out of the question, even before postgame. @supesmin446, SO3 and SO5 also have ways to be invincible, and in SO6 you can get so strong that you can one-shot the Ethereal Queen.
@@ReifinDFanchon Good Ol' Code:VFD, one of the rare games where the devs decided that as long as they make every class broken it's perfectly balanced, even if some are more degenerate than others. *stares at Godhand and Rune Knight* Really glad it got me into the 7th Dragon series from the demo.

@@KABLAMMATS Yep, I just melt the guy using Spiral Shard. My character didn't meet the stats req for that weapon, but I'm aware it's GREAT.

Blackgaol Knight, I assume. Even with full defensive talisman setup and 3 Scadutree Fragment (at the moment), their combo is still extremely devastating.

I know that a lot of people hate this card for existing, but I do find myself liking the design of the monster itself, since they are doing figure standards of Yu-Gi-Oh monsters now I hope that this is eventually one of their model kits.
Lot of the card artwork design in Yu-Gi-Oh! are great, such as Tearlament and TY-PHON/ZEUS, which is why I'm still following the game to some degree. But yes, the very existence of ZEUS really downplayed the Xyz entirely, since ZEUS essentially a Link-1. In fact, Link Monsters seals the sarcophagus for the game, as now every summoning mechanic MUST catch up with the ease of summoning of Link. Thunder Dragon Colossus (Link-1), Chaos Angel (slightly inconvenience Link-2, and remove the need of Tuner), and of course, ZEUS/TY-PHON. I do agree, hoping the good Machine/Mecha receives some kind of model kits in the future. But let's be honest to ourself, it's just gonna be another Blue-Eyes White Dragon.

Maybe if ACVI expansion ever planned similar to AC4 -> ACfA or ACV -> ACVD, Balam could have another shot (of being disappointment) like Leonemeccanica/Interior Union.
