The City Clerk serves as the Clerk of the City Council and maintains a record of all Council proceedings; maintains the official City records and archives; administers all City elections; provides fiscal, administrative and personnel services to the Council and Mayor, and provides staff assistance to Council Committees. I’m here because Queen Elizabeth II has died and I started reminiscing and suddenly remembered that I was actually in the same room as the Queen once. So because CZcams has video of everything that has ever happened in the world I did a search of “Queen Elizabeth in Los Angeles “ and voila - one of my life experiences played out before me. I was a junior administrative analyst in the CAO’s office and most of us went to the council chambers when we heard that the Queen was going to speak. Of course, I was waaaay in the back but I did behold her with my own eyes and when I saw her my first thought was that she reminded me of my mother when she’s dressed for church. I loved the sound of her voice and thought she gave a really nice speech about Los Angeles. Sleep well, dear Queen.

If you don't think our once great nation has declined, just take a look at 1948 downtown LA. Look at the way the day-to-day citizens were dressed. The men in suits and hat, and the ladies in nice looking dresses. And oh yeah, gimme that 1948 cop anytime over today's lot. A great time in American history that preceded the late 60's decline leading right up to current times. From this great short film on 1948 America, the decline in morals and character is significant and disturbing to students of history. The Roman Empire of old, the last 100-years of it's existence, show a similar decline in morals, in character, and a complete rebuttal of the principals that made them the greatest ever at that time. We, as a nation are on the very same path as Rome! Moral decadence with the people of Rome, including the same , with corruption as icing on the cake, with the government was the path from greatness taken. Look at this nation today and weep for our children's future.

It's Called Abuse of Power. All my Constitutional Rights have been denied? There are U.S. Laws that say if Impound has your money for Storage, they have to give you your Property back. But because they destroyed my boat 7 weeks prior to Lien Sale, even though I had the money 4.1.2020 lien sale 4.29.20, I. Their office 4.27.20 had signed for my Money, had it in their hands prior to Lien Sale, they weren't going to give me my Yacht back. They prayed I wouldn't have the money after they held it as long as they could. They never wanted me to see it again? Impound is guilty of holding my Property and Destroying ILLEGALLY while they had the Storage. A guaranteed cashier's check Dated 4.1.2020. Ignored dmv said mail it then. impound signed for it days before my Lien Sale. Yet they held my Property for six weeks longer. No contact, blew me off. Well they cashed my Check which was a good check. They finally sold me my boat back for almost $7,000 extorted Storage fee and it was returned to me Gutted.5.11 2020.
