In answer to your request, I am afraid the sellers do not have density information. The property is composed mainly of undeveloped raw land. The day resort area has been filled in and minimal structures have been build. This part includes some infrastructure such as plumbing and electrical, toilet facilities and showers, kitchen, bar and beach, approximately 1000 ft. Total acreage is 577 acres. The sellers are asking $12.5 M USD.
