Massive story spoiler warning! Many leakers have shown us lots of evidence and enough to know how the illuminate tree will return, scripts and text in the game and also news leaks and audio leaks tell us that either meridia or moradesh will become black holes depending on the outcome of the super colony, and said black hole will bring the illuminate since the technology used to create the black hole was illuminate dark fluid technology

We have not seen the illuminate yet because the game is EARLY ACCESS and they have not completed them yet. The game shipped early stripped of many features because it had to be released earlier. They even admitted that themselves as they said helmets were supposed to have features. The galactic war is nowhere near completed either as we cannot even win or lose and it's not automated largely as it is supposed to, so AH has to make most events MANUALLY which is not by intended design.

I think the point is tha bugs still the most popular race to fight. And Automatons not popular. Guess what happen when there's a third race apear? Will they be popular, or just a waste of time? Arrowhead need a good reason to add them to the game.

MG raiders get that one moment of 100% accuracy where they stunlock and laser you down which can be extremely annoying, same with rocket raiders and their one shot headshots out of nowhere. Also jetpack raiders just for the explosion when they die

Get ready to the illuminates makes a comeback

Best strategy is to take out the top gun and the head guns with the quasar cannon, after the guns on the head are knocked off you can more easily hit the weak point on the head, hope this helps

The Illuminate are planned to be added right after the black hole destruction of the super colony planet Meridia. According to leaks, this is unknown when to happen but right after one of the black hole events, the illuminates come back.

I saw a leak that said we will have to blow up a planet and then we will unlock the illuminate. Now I am pretty sure the planet we will blow up is Meridia.

The Illuminates just revealed themselves after the recent "Account Linking" update just a few hours ago. It was SOYny all along.

I imagine that the cyborgs have taken leadership of the automaton faction and have or are talking to the Illumates to create an alliance to fight Super Earth together so that they can be left alone and not have to deal with constant war. BTW: A fourth faction either called the dissidents or insurgents would be awesome and brings in new lore avenues like hijacked news broadcasts telling others the real truth of SuperEarth and how they’re lying and oppressing people and how managed Democracy is just Fascism with a different face. But I’m getting too into this. What do you think?

I have a feeling that after we defeat the Terminids, the Illuminates are going to attack. I think the Illuminates are the reason that the bugs are constantly breaking out, and they are using the bugs to distract us, preparing for their attack. This may also be the reason the bugs are always on the offensive, to buy devs time to polish the Illuminate.

You forgot shredders and gunships. Plus jetpack grunts are definitely noteworthy vs regular grunts.

Gunship or rocket devastator. Easily most annoying enemies in the game.

I love them. I love them so much I actually want multiple variants of the Factory Strider. Would like a factory strider that has the Artillery mortar on top of its back instead of the laser cannon. And they drop flame hulks instead of devastators.

I think a faction that would be interesting would be sort of like the rebel factions others have mentioned, but it would be more like the 40k traitor legions. A few fleets are exploring new parts of the galaxy, when they come across an eldritch being that they start to warship. The traitor legion would then go on to indoctrinate people and ravage planets in the name of their newly found god.

With AC you can take out hulks from the front ez. Tanks you need to run all the way up too

What is this treason?

Those Hive Busters might awaken Hive Lords. I’m guessing once the TCS in Meridia fails and becomes a bug super colony we’ll get these hive buster missions then we’ll eventually wake up the Hive Lords. We’ve been focusing on the bot front too much for the last few weeks that there should be something in the bug front.

I’ll be honest, i think the devs need to focus on major bug fixes before any more content is added. The amount of glitches in the game right now can be agitating

With regards to the Factory strider, using an autocannon and aiming above the neck below the turret. You can hit the gaps between the armour causing the autocannon round to detonate below the top turret. I believe its 4 clips (2 pre-loaded) to destroy top turret, aiming directly at the face so the autocannon rounds don't rebound can cause the head armour to pop, allowing you to hit the 'brain' of the Strider. Also two autocannon rounds should destroy each turret below the chin of the strider. Also combining a Autocannon turret from the side can help distract the strider, or use a good ol' railcannon strike.

I think the vehicles are going to be new defense missions, where you have to escort civilians from one end of the map to the other end of the map. Instead of something you can drive around.

I would rank the jet pack grunts slightly higher because you can very easily die to burn damage if you shoot one that’s right in your face and the jet pack blows up.

Roket-bots. They swarm you sometimes and sends you on a 10 second flight right to the reinforcements. Newer care about striders or tanks they are slow and useless and only eat damage(strategem slots).

Chain saw boys. when im overwhelmed its usually them and a hulk lol
