This is the day I have been looking forwards to the whole trip. Caminito del Rey otherwise known as The walkway of death! I had loads of fun doing this and would highly recommend it. As usual the roads and views were spectacular as we have come to expect from Spain.

Installing SW motech centre stand on Tenere 700
zhlédnutí 860Před 8 měsíci
In this video I try my hand at installing my SW motech centre stand on my Tenere 700. I have not done much mechanical work before like this so if I can do it them most of you out there should be able to also.
Like the music you used for this! 2:22
Thanks man 😎👍
Not a bad journey, with so many miles. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks for watching!
Just started watching the series....loving it so far....
Thanks for watching I hope you enjoy it all. I am currently in Croatia filming my next trip.
Hey Zack that was indeed awesome! Well done as always well edited and love the aerial shots especially at that site that you climbed to on the narrow track!
Thanks a ton! I'm glad you enjoyed it 😁
Long trip, keep it up :)
Thanks, will do!
good info, gonna do this soon. You could add torque values to be complete.
Thanks. Good luck with your install. I'll see if I can find the torque settings I used and put them in the description. 😎👍
Very nice Zack great photography of stunning scenery! Cheers, Mark
Thanks 😎👍 I'm glad you enjoyed it
looks like doesn't retreat easily.
It was just a bit stiff the first few times. It has gotten easier now that I have used it more.
Hi Zak, really enjoyed your informative content. I’m in my sixties and haven’t toured for many years…. I’m considering doing Bilbao to Costa Blanca but am plagued with doubts especially since I’ll be a solo traveler…any tips?
Thanks for watching. What are your biggest concerns with the trip? From my experience the roads are in very good condition and the people in Spain were friendly. I can give you GPS coordinates to some of the roads we went on. I would recommend chatting to people on Facebook groups (there are very helpful bikers on them)
I glad its not just me. It would have been £100's cheaper to just get the garage to do it.
It actually works out the same because of how much labour is charged. But it's definitely much easier to just send it in. But I am looking to learn how to fix problems now so if I have a problem on the road I am better prepared.
About to change my chain and sprockets on my CBR 300. The mechanic wants 480$ CAD for the labour and parts. I decided to do it myself. Parts + tools =around 300$ CAD
That's a nice saving. I hope you have better luck than I did 😁
You had some bad luck with this, next time should go like a dream 👍
Yeah what should have been half a day's work ended up taking almost a month 😂 but I'm glad I did it because now I have some knowledge.
Excellent video Zack, stunning scenery especially at camina del Rey ! Well done!
Thanks 👍😀
Do you have gpx from the trip? I am going to ride in Spain myself in 2 month. 4000 km!
No sadly I couldn't get gpx files to work with my GPS. So I only have GPS coordinates for interesting things or good roads. I put them in all my videos. I just told my GPS to make a route on the day with the GPS coordinates.
Goes past my house.
I'm jealous 😅
Nice video! When did you make this trip, which month?
Thanks 👍 we went to Spain in May. Trying to avoid the summer heat.
Very nice Zack- keen to get back to Spain!
Thanks. Yes I would love to be back there now.
i went there today
It's a great place to visit 😎👍
loving the series, keep the videos coming. Do you have the route you took saved somewhere? or can share if possible.
Thanks. I have the route GPS coordinates for each day saved. I put them into the videos so you can find the same places. I can't get my GPS to work with saved routes
great video, subsribed.
Thanks for the sub!
Looking forward to doing some of that section next year. Great video👍
Thanks. Enjoy it's so beautiful in those parts.
Which ferry?
It was the pont Aven
Used to ride my road race pushbike up there great climb
Nice view too
Yes great views back down through brockly comb and wells lots of good riding on mendips
Awesome trip! Looking forward to the rest!
Thanks. Day 2 coming out soon 😀
Was it comfortable to travel such a long distance on T7?
We limited each day to less than 250 miles and stopped regularly. Near the end of the trip we were definitely starting to struggle a bit. For me it was more my neck and shoulders (it's the longest trip I've ever done) personally I find the t7 very comfortable. I plan to do more trips like it and have no plans to change anything on the bike.
Great trip m8, Wish i have some time on my hands to do a Europe trip.... maybe one day. Nice Drone shots by the way 😎
Thanks man. If you ever get even half a chance go for it. It's worth it.
One day Alin for sure!😉
Enjoy!
Have a safe tour 👍
Thanks man. I have actually just got back today and I had such a great time. Will definitely go again.
Hen- Rid Falls. 👍 They filmed Batman there used it as the Batcave garage exit 👍
That's so cool. 😎👍 Which one?
@@twowheelideal The Dark Knight Rises 2012 👍
0..
That's very low 😎
Hi, how wide is the bike in the back ?
It's about 5 to 10cm centimetres shorter than the handle bar on either side. The picture makes it look much wider than it really is.
I bought a set of 45l. I think it will be about 115cm wide with the panniers on...
Hello great material very nice filmed ;)
Thank you very much! I have subscribed to your channel and will check out your vids.
I'll defo go
Right on 😎👍. Let me know what you thought about it.
Thanks for sharing!
Thanks man. 😎👌
Epic bro! Looked like loads of fun!!
The waterfall was beautiful.
Epic footage! Sucks about the drone though!
Yeah I was unlikely to lose my drone on the first day of the trip too. I was able to buy a new one for the rest of the trip though.
Such great footage!
Thanks
This was perfect to watch having a late breakfast, thanks for putting it together. 👍 Luving the custom clutch lever 😉
Thanks man. I really appreciate it. I had fun making it 😀. It's the best clutch lever on the market 😉
Forza tunnel
Trying to do this on my tenere 700, did the 2 pin plug have power, or did you have to fuse it.
Hi Mark. The two pin connector had power and I think the bike has a fuse for that connection.
@@twowheelideal all done now, thanks for reply
Looks like lots of room to ride in England.
There are some amazing places to ride in England. Just not the best weather for it all the time 🤣
Hardknot pass isnt on the NC500, its in the lake district.. just saying.. 😏
You are correct. I went through the lake District on my way to doing the nc500.
I wish you had shown the mount assembly with spacer sequence, the image in the instructions is small and confusing
Hi John are you talking about getting the cable into the mount so the GPS can charge/dock? Step 3 on the manual? If you have a question I can try help you out. The pictures are really small.
You're lucky coz in Turkey, we only have 9000kilometers before we can go to the next service instead of 12,000 miles. Yamaha is setting different amounts of rip-offs for different countries. SHAME ON YOU YAMAHA!
Yeah that's not cool at all. Why the difference?
@@twowheelideal So they can create more unnecessary maintenance costs and make more money off the customers. For example changing the oil when a change is not even near yet. Welcome to turkey
@@erkutgurun all they can think about is the money 💸
If you coat your bike in ACF50 it will prevent corrosion. It's not cheap but worth every penny
Thanks for the tip. I will definitely give that a try.
not so much rust, but corrosion on the aluminum parts
I thought it looked different to rust but didn't know what it was.
Should get mine tomorrow
Cool. It's a great GPS.
a cool video keep up the great content.. Thank you…
Thanks man. I really appreciate it 😎👍
Bad luck losing the drown, nearly lost mine twice 🙁
Thanks. I've flown through much smaller gaps before but I guess I just ran out of luck this time.
