New affordable housing project at Parkinson Road, Woodstock

The new eight-unit micro-build at 738 Parkinson Road in Woodstock is another affordable housing project that has come on line this year as the County works towards its Strategic Plan goal of being “100% Housed.” Opened to tenants in March 2024, the new construction is an extension of the 36-unit building already on site at 738 Parkinson Rd.

Brilliant presentation, indeed. My concern is, does anybody takes into account future of transportation in regards to number of vehicles on the road. What good is a vehicle, electric or whatever, when gridlocks are our reality. It seems she missed that.
