How much creatine do u take a day? I want to start and I'm thinking of taking 3grams a day because I don't think there is a difference to 5 grams a day but I'm not entirely sure.

Not for the triceps⊠quite the opposite. It perfectly leverages the chest. Your hands should be together for triceps.
Per meal or the whole day?
I think it's harder to hold the trap bar because with the barbell you can use alternate grip. It is less stress on the back but more stress on the forearms.
I will NEVER do good mornings without my smith machine. I have a fear it will just plop over my head LOL
Start off with the barbell first to get a good feel and ease into bro

It my first time doing a good morning and my dumb ass went through shock on the first rep so I pulled the barbel on my neck hit a dumbbell on it and pulled my right arm

This is a regular push up. Not a tricep pushup. This will work out your chest and shoulders, not the tricep.

alternating dumbell curls or regular dumbell curls.. which is better
Both are equivalent alternating is better when you lifting heavy weights and if you lift regular dumbell it is hard but both are better alternating is best for me

Easier, increases tricep muscles, for people who can't do normal pushups it helps build endurance because it's easier to do, plus if you go down slower then come up slower it will increase the "burn" you feel cause instead of a constant up down movement you go up hold go down slow hold which works your muscles even more
