But after carefully watching your video I realised that there is something about you that makes you stand out among other art-related CZcams channels. You take the time to show the art creation process. Unlike anyone I have EVER seen (besides, I like your style and you make astounding drawings). I truly want to encourage you to continue on this path. Although it seems that you are not achieving "successful" results according to CZcams, you are without a doubt a great artist. Can you do a tutorial on how to blend fire to a character? Like a dragon whose half of their body/face is on fire/silhouette and the other half is not while the middle is a mixed of the two. Thanks for your work, gamma!

Thank you for reaffirming that I should follow my excitement always and paint what I actually enjoy painting. If that means i want to try a different style then be it. There are literally infinite ways you could paint, infinite styles you could choose or invent, why would we limit ourself?

Wow.. that was so inspiring! A few years ago, my middle daughter got Procreate and an iPad. She was already a bit of an artist, but this was a new medium for her. She plodded and plugged along and made some really cool stuff. She could illustrate kids' books, I'm sure. My other daughter had a baby she also got an iPad and Procreate. She did a few elemental styles and is using it to teach her son. Well, I live with this daughter and my grandson (now 3) watches the Dinotrux cartoons, and as a lark, one day I grabbed the iPad and used a "coloring book" type template and started playing around with it. I've done about 8 characters and they have gotten progressively better (IMHO) and certainly more detailed! I have skills in music, but not art, but the deeper I dug into the tools, brushes, etc., the farther down the rabbit hole I've gone! I'm a 63 yo retired guy with lots of time on my hands (and 3 grandbebes), and go figure.. I'm hooked. I watched and drew along with your Shading Metal vid and loved it. THIS video, though, was what I needed to hear. I will keep plodding and plugging along and learning as I go. You have a new fan - and a Subscriber! Looking forward to my new "talent" blooming! Thanks!

The speed in which you work is fascinating to me. Something such as this would at least take me 10-15 hours; your level of efficiency is astounding and something I am slowly striving for as I learn digital art. You’re something of a role model for me and your tutorials/way of viewing things is immensely helpful 😊

I should do something like this sometime. Most of what I do on Ps is / was already sketched out on paper and scanned. I ought to go do some painting project(s) with a Bob Ross mentality and turn some 'happy accident' into something creepy or downright awesome.
