Mercenary guide - Identity V TIPS AND TRICKS

This is my attempt at making a guide on identity V! I figured I'd start out with Merc, and hopefully this guide was helpful to anybody new and upcoming to playing the character! I do plan on hopefully making more guides and other Idv videos, let me know in the comments what you'd like to see!
I have found a lot more success kiting the hunter at the beginning of matches as opposed to cyphers with that insane decoding debuff. Being chaired after 2 or more cyphers are done is worth far more then saving others with 1 or less cyphers done. I also find that when forced into endgame hunters are so stressed out they make a lot of mistakes so saves are easier at that point.

As a B badge norton ive used magnets to push away survivors from the hunter and do body blocks if done very carefully! Theres also a spot in hospital and china town where you can pull survivors into the second story of buildings to get away from hunters. Also you can use them to harass your friends !

8:15 personally I would not body block if the teammate has tide turner though and dash away to reserve a hit, then in the second rescue I will body block them. Though if the surv that I rescue is in a bad position/decoder, I would consider body block if my health bar is full.

Identity V crossovers are usually limited time essences, unless they decide to do another part it won't be coming back :(

i got the nagito skin from the danganronpa crossover and have been wanting to play merc so I found this guide really helpful!

Edit: I noticed after posting that at 6:24 the persona web is completely missing. No clue why that happened, but for Merc I use Tide and BT, and then I use decoding buffs with the healing speed increase persona
