Slaps. IDK music theory or anything so this might not make sense, but I love how in the... chorus? (the part at 1:30), the song's pitch is lower than the original. Makes it sound sad, like the theme of a tragic/sympathetic boss, versus Necrofantasia, which I feel has a sense of power and hopelessness (like an overwhelming foe you don't have a chance against).
