Thank u
Thanks for your video! The detailed view helped me to get my bobbin threaded--I've been trying for a bit!😊
I Love Boomer!!! What a gentle giant he is!❤
OMG this video is so helpful! I bought this machine to do some small projects but it was missing the manual and the last sewing machine I used was like 30+ years ago. You went through all the instructions with so much details that I am confident I will be able to successfully complete all my sewing projects. THANK YOU SO MUCH❤
So very helpful. Thank you!
awesome instructions. I could not get the first thread behind a little triangle thing because I was trying to go past that and underneath something until I saw your video and realize I was doing it completely wrong. Once I saw the correct way to do it like you said it was a breeze. He said the 1st thread is the hardest if you do it wrong it's really hard but when you do it right as you showed it made it so much easier. I was trying for three hours I watched your video thank you so much.
Hi Boomer! I think he likes your morning readings... Beautiful animal.. Thanks for sharing, have a wonderful weekend. Be well. Rob
You’re excellent at explaining!! And Thank you
Thank you so muuuch!! I was struggling how to get started. Loves the way you explained everything and how it’s functional helps and what it does 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Great Video!! What kind of dog is that in the background?😂😂❤️🦮❤️
Lol, he's very much like a dog 😂just a big pet.
Shhh There is a large animal right behind you, he's staring ya down, looks like he's fixing to attack you...🤣 I must admit i spent a good amount of time fixated on that beautiful animal.. Another great video, thank you.. Be well Rob
Lol, he's very large that's for sure! Thank you so much for watching!

I'm excited to get back to this series during as much housecleaning as I can manage today! Thankful again for you doing this for your family and sharing it widely as well. The Lord bless you. ❤
Thankyou so much you are a life saver
You’re so welcome! Thanks for watching!
Youre an awesome teacher!
Thank you! I’m glad it was helpful!
I have been contemplating getting an embroidery machine, which Brother model is this? As usual another great video, thanks for sharing, be well.. Rob
It’s a Brother SE 630. It only has a 4x4 embroidery field, but it’s a pretty nice combination machine.
I have this same machine and it keeps getting jammed and won’t sow. Can you help me with what I’m doing wrong?😢
Good morning, another wonderful video looks like another peaceful place.. Enjoy your day, be well. Thanks for sharing! Rob
Good morning! Thank you so much for watching!
Love the video!❤️🙏❤️ Can you do a video by the beach? ❤😊❤
Thank you! Well, I am a long way from a beach, but if I get the chance, I’d love to!
Thank you soo much. Machine was not sewing. After following the steps it worked perfectly 😊
Yay! I’m so glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching 😊
How can you use the embroidery feature but do it on a smaller piece?
This might help? czcams.com/video/zEgubqRdKKA/video.html
Well done!!!! So informative. Thanks
You’re very welcome! Thanks for watching ☺️
WHAT IF I NEED A MUCH BIGGER BUTTON HOLE THAN THE REGULAR SMALL BUTTON HOLES??
God bless
Thank you very much💕
Thank you
You’re very welcome!
Thank you for showing the three stitches. I have three questions: 1. Why is there a stitch 01 when it does exactly the same thing as the 00 stitch? 2. Why does your CS5055 look different from my machine CS5055PRW? I am assuming the PRW suffix is where the difference lies. 3. How do you align the fold of the fabric when you want the stitch to be 1/8 inch from the fold? I am looking forward to going through your playlist.
00 has the needle in the left position, 01 has a center position for the needle. PRW is a Project Runway edition. Seems to have a few more bells and whistles. For a 1/8 seam allowance, I would take a ruler and align it with the needle, measure 1/8 inch out and mark it with a small piece of tape.
@@momdoesstuff Thank you!
I absolutely loved your video! The only part I had trouble understanding was when you fed the thread down by the foot area. But I will rewatch that part until I get it. I'm 67 years old and have always wanted to sew on a machine, I bought the Singer HD 4432 model. I haven't used it yet I'm still waiting for some supplies to get here, in the mean time I'm getting familiar with the machine. Thank you for taking the time to make this video!
This is one of the most thorough and informative videos I have ever watched. I have to admit, I was a little intimidated by the length of the video when I saw the time, but once I started watching it, I was so captivated and it was over (and I gained a TON of knowledge) before I knew it! Thank you for making this!
💕Thank you so much! I always hesitate on making a long video, but I don’t want to leave anything out.
Hi very useful Vedio thank you for sharing the video can u pls share a video of oiling the machine
Hi very useful Vedio thank you for sharing the video can u pls share a video of oiling the machine
Love the videos! Have you thought about doing a compilation video? Maybe Genesis 1-10 on one video. I would definitely watch. This story is not a "One" read and done..it is a constant review. God Bless ❤️🙏❤️ PS: Have you had any animals wander around behind you while you're filming?🙂
Oh, a compilation is a great idea. I may try that in the future. I’m always hopeful the animals will come out, but they seem to be quite camera shy 😂There’s a bull in the back left of this one and usually he comes up anytime I go out, but not today when I wanted him to🤣
Hi, I followed the steps and got it working and did sewing for a while. Then replaced the needle that was bent a bit and changed the bobbin. Now I'm just not able to get the bobbin thread loop to come back up. Tried threading rethreading many times but just doesn't work anymore 😢Any help please?
I would try another new needle. Make sure you have it inserted as far up as possible. What caused the first needle to be bent?
@@momdoesstuff thank you, I will try this! I tried multiple layers (3 layers of thin cotton, was trying a border with 3 colours). Didn't think it can't handle this much thickness. Or i might have pulled the fabric that probably caused a bent needle. Not very sure 😅 But the thread started clumping under the cloth and some troubleshooting texts suggested needle may be bent. and that's what it was.
Thanks! I've been wanting to buy a machine and try, but I'm so intimidated. This was really helpful!
Don’t be afraid! Just find a project you’d really like to make and go for it!
Do you have any more videos for this machine? I need help
This is what I have so far czcams.com/play/PLZocgsi1E8iv8dW-PxdpFzYaHQP_Gkofv.html
Can’t see where needle being inserted because presser foot solid & not clear. Ugh. I took the presser foot off a Brother machine that died & put on this machine because it’s clear & can see where needle going if have to stop & start, etc.
Good idea! I much prefer a clear foot myself!
I finally got a sewing machine yesterday like I always wanted. Thank you for creating this video. You are amazing!
Oh, congratulations! I know you are going to enjoy seeing!
You are a blessing! I just got a sm3701 but the setup is about the same. Thanks!
You are so welcome!
Such a great tutorial. Thanks for the detailed and clear explanations!
You’re very welcome! I’m glad it was helpful ☺️
Thanks for sharing.. Looks very peaceful.. Be well, have a nice weekend.
You are welcome! And thank you so much for watching!
thanks so much for this video! it's a life saver for a beginner like me. Solves a lot of doubts that I had. You explained every parts in details, introduce each steps on how to use it and also included very useful precautious tips!! THANK YOU!!!
You are very welcome! I’m glad it was helpful! Thanks for watching!
Thank you so very much for this informative video, I just got my new Brother XM2701 today and I am not sure I could have figured it out with this video. So again thank you so much 😊❤️
I just got the same machine today as well. I opened it to look at the instructions and panicked 😅 I have never used a sewing machine so I don't know what made me buy one, but I wanna learn so bad!!!
You are so welcome! I’m so glad it was helpful!
You’ll do fine! Just take your time and enjoy the ride ☺️
Wonderful instructions - great tutorial.
Thank you! I’m glad it was helpful!
I am making another comment. I watched the video twice and it seems to me that this machine has no secrets for me. Excellent teaching thank you so much for it's my first machine and I don't know how to sew, at all.😂
You’re so welcome! And you never know, I still stumble on little hidden gems 😂

Hello. I have a Brother XR3774 and am trying to do a blind hem but having difficulty. Can you tell me what the width and length should be.
This is not the exact same machine, but it is quite similar czcams.com/video/Xlmu4MW_Ez4/video.html

It is very peaceful right here 😊
