Hey Dennis, I’m matt, I’m considering of buying an Island. It has nothing built on it. However, I’m looking to start construction on it. Would you know how much it would cost. Moreover, what would be the cost to construct hurricane resistant housing on the Island, if you know. Thanks a lot, Matt

It could never be for "sale" but one can lease an island for 99 years. Our islands should never be sold to non Bahamians. This practice of selling our country island by island needs to stop!!

Nice islands...what an incredible experience they would be...
I think if I had the money I am owed I would visit these islands with a sailor And bring some orphan kids with me to enjoy the learning experience.
I wonder how much the island is worth and what are the taxes. OIC it is listed for $9,400,000 bucks.
