In Brazil, there is a type of sushi called "Hot Philadelphia" - it has cream cheese and salmon or crab (or imitation crab) on the inside and it's coated in panko flakes and deep fried. When it's freshly fried, it's so delicious. I've been to around a dozen Chinese buffets from Lufkin all the way down to Houston but I've never found this Hot Philadelphia. How can this only be found in Brazil?; I heard it was invented in the US!

Went there for early dinner tonight. We'd give it a 6 out of 10 cuz the food was not that spectacular. We have had much better. Used to go Orchid Garden on Sahara, but have not been there since Covid started. The food there was noticeably better quality.

Chinese people have kept birds in these bamboo cages, it was a practice in Canton China, to bring their pets to the tea house, they are a prize procession. You need to do some fact checks before you make the statements on this video.
