Sure, get rid of all the tax revenue from sales that only rich folks can afford, and then eliminate funding for low income housing, and sell off the properties. And he's happy today, because five members of city council have resigned -cutting costs, and making the remaining people less able to suggest ideas that he won't go for. (By the way, it's nice when you can inherit the family business like you did.)
