For those who are struggling with a small hat - make another row around each of the granny squares. If you have already cut off the existing yarn, you can simply start by doing the same thing she did (tie a knot, then add the row). hope this helps! yarn will stretch, so once all the granny squares are connected, it should work fine :)

at around the 4th or 5th round I got lost and gave up but your great at explaining 😘

I have never crocheted in my life but I had the audacity to go to Michael’s get some hooks so I can make this holder for my sanitizer spray and all the videos I saw were no help to my unskilled ass but this video omg makes things so easy and saves my hands! Most of the videos I saw had you make a magic ring, do 6 single crochets, tighten the loop, and then crochet into the tiny circle and I just couldn’t do it my hands were dying! This is fantastic because it builds out the base before joining the circle thank you!!

I don't understand how you finish the rounds. When I do a slip stitch I end un wit 12 stitches not 11. I just don't get why u do rhe slip stitches

Thank you for this tutorial! I'd taken a break from crochet for around 1 year because the bags I made all turned out lopsided. I decided to try again this month and it turned out beautifully - finally a bag that wasn't lopsided! The design is customisable too, which meant that I made 2 different sizes on my end. 😊
