HR support done right
Our belief is that Happy Employees make Happy Customers which creates a thriving business.
We really like people, we love the complexity of employment law and we are fabulous at finding solutions.
We believe positive, pro-active HR results in:
- Less energy wasted on conflict and conflict resolution
- A better customer image - if your employees are smiling, so are your customers!
- Keeping your business away from costly, time-consuming tribunals and protecting your reputation
- Less time wasted by employees and management
- Attracting the best people and supporting collaborative improvement
- Easier recruitment and improved employee retention
Between us, there's probably not much we haven't come across in the world of HR, from the simple to the complex, to the absolutely outrageous - there's no challenge too big (or too small) and we pride ourselves on giving you practical advice and solutions that work with the challenges of your business.

What Happens Post Lock Down - Employers HR Questions Answered
Amazing video thank you so much!
More than possible with the busses.
If he is underperforming why not go through the performance management process and why go straight to a disciplinary for an underperforming employee?
Very clear video. Thank you. One question, are such meetings this quick, in terms of duration?
You mean "assist them out of the job?" I am worried about dismissal because I have been on long term Sick Leave due to being Disabled and the deterioration of my condition....
The problem with accepting less days is if the role is at risk of redundancy again then the payout will be based on your gross final week pay regardless of the fact that you may have done 10 years full time and only one year on fewer days (as it happened to my colleague). It's a massive screw job.
Very useful information 👍👍👍👍
How could I get in touch with you? Is there any telephone number I could call you?
Thank you so much 🙏 was very useful 🙏
