When the previous government stopped mortgage interest tax deduction for rental property owners my friend's rent went up. Every other business owner gets tax deductions on their business mortgage interest and landlords do in every country. I dont see anything in the New Testament, (New Covenent) where music is played in tandem with the singing of Psalms and spiritual songs as it was in the founding of the Church that Jesus established. Just because a person is a musician and wants to perform, doesnt mean that God wants this form of man's efforts and ideas of worship, in a congregation that should be focused on preaching, prayer, Bible study, fellowship and evangelism. Musicians and choirs in a congregation of believers are fundamentally a distraction. This type of thinking is man's ideas of what they think should be included in "worship", not God's. What does the Bible say about worship to God? God wants us to worship Him in "Spirit and in Truth".
