No it's not reusable. You have 2 big clips in the side u need to remove. Please refer my video in 3:24 & 6:39 on both Dustbin bag and removing top cover of vacuum.

Even I am trying to explore that option, but we should not have perforation in the cloth which is possible hence we can open the dust bag and stick it back with Zip lock kind of option..

They provide dust Bag which get full when you use it for long time but it's not reusable dust bag ( Use & Throw ) If we use it without Dust Bag Air filter will get dirt soon which will lead to poor suction.
