Curiosity, what do they do with the waste?

The only thing I’m thinking this type of home is for a couple who are either empty nesters, retirees, or those who make the lifestyle choice because they don’t want a car or yard maintenance. How far is it to transit services? What are the costs?

Only saw 2 bedrooms, I think. Very nice but that waterfront deck fence needs replacing as if one fell that fence ( needs a railing) would fall down with one as not strong enough. Thx a lot.

I saw Fishermans Wharf and thought sas about San Francisco! Lol. I have been to Vancouver Island and seen the lively houseboats, have not actually walked around them like this though. A really good vlog, the houseboat was so nice, especially with the upper deck.
