@@jzsmangg6657 yeah fair enough, standalone is definitely the best, i just purchased a weld on maf flange for the ic pipe and zapped it on, u can get em with block off plates so u can just bolt it closed when standalone is used

@@ColdLegend9 so one of your nipples is broken off and the other is capped? The two hose that connect to the two nipples that are beside each other those hoses come off the nipples and connect right to each other then you cap off the 2 nipples. If ones broken my guess is you’ll have boost leak and it won’t work or boost

@jzsmangg6657 Nope. Boost is definitely there. To clarify I'm not talking about the one you mentioned in the video. I finally found something about it on supra forums. The one you disconnected on the bottom is the exhaust gas vsv. The one in front that I was asking about is the wastegate vsv. It having a broken nipple may be why my boost controller isn't really controlling boost. I ordered a used one so I'll see what happens.

That’s a myth, theres no damage being done to the turbo. Now if you sat there 24/7 everything single day for 112 hours a day surely it would weekend the turbo but average day use its gine

The rb26 does sound glorious! Wish I single turbo swapped my old 98gtr. Yes more than likely from the valve seals, they have yet to be changed but the engine did compression test at 148 across all 6
