Are there any opportunities to work in English language in Switzerland? I’m UK 🇬🇧 based, UK citizen and UK medical school graduate. General practitioner level training. I agree Switzerland is expensive, but you have to talk also about the higher salaries in comparison to other countries in Europe! It also depends where you live in Switzerland, for example Zurich prices are very high compared to other cities

It's even not easy to avoid it. I can imagine that in African home made food is less sugar. I went on e to Bolivia/ South America. I didn't think of any diet or any similar. I lost some kilos. Lovely. The family I was visiting, didn't eat sugar. I mean extra sugar or sweet cakes. Just normal home made food. The ready made food which are sold every where are so tremendously bad for so many reasons, yes sugar and many other. This is a so called civilization illness. During the week no time to cook. Let's lead another life. Simplier, more authentic, maybe earning less money but being healthier, joyful again.

Lovely people we too, Europeans suffer from loss of Vit D, and fatigue. I understand what you say, but it is not all so dark. It's often the same for us even Europeans. No worry, just the same. You can walk in the Jura, just walk this is really nice. And have a tea rhum on a terrace. My German name is impossible to pronounce for Europeans. So, I had to transform it into something similar. For me too, irritating. 😂😂 The big trouble, mainly in Switzerland is to get into conversation and even more friends. I live in Switzerland for a long time, I am originally from an other country. I suffer very much from this lack of contact. Even get a smile. Yes, I do agree. Challenge 4: how much I understand. No. 5 : must be so hard. Now you got this wonderful place in Kenia. This is a good recompense for all these sacrifices. I am wondering if you do not consider to go back to Africa. I've been there. I can imagine you create or find a good job there. You have so well done so far. No 6: this is exagerated lively people. It's not this price to care for children. No 7: yes the bills are awful. I think the Swiss hire a whole armee of employees to send out bills. This is really awful. I can sense that it maybe good for you to go back. To Africa, maybe also before you found Family.
