I bought the $12 licence. I have entered the code. Still says 'basic'. I bought the licence because I was interested in the .pdf annotation. However, it would appear that .pdf annottaion does not work after Obsidan 1.4 or 1.5. I have also downloaded MarkMind.dmg and installed it; entered activation code. Still basic. I have contacted the developer. My advice, is not to go for paid version until, the installation and activation are more smooth. I paid another $12 (altogether $24) and bought the MarkMind App. It seems to be working

I honestly find it kinda useless, at least the standard variant. 1 GB of storage is literally nothing if you plan on including some files here and there. I'll just keep using I-cloud for now, works perfectly fine too

Why not just do the flash cards in Anki? I'm not seeing what the benefit is here, if i'm writing notes in obsidian and then want to make a flash card I can just alt tab to anki do the card. In Anki I can I do all kinds of cards from basic, to cloze, to image cloze, to use of audio. In obsidian I have to go to a file dedicated to my deck and remember the proper format b/w all the type of cards I use. Lot more room for error. Am I missing something?

So my obisidian PC folder is 68Gb. Does that mean it will eat 68Gb on my phone - which i cannot spare? Can't it just read whats on the PC and alter that? Or perhaps whats on the web? Perhaps Obsidian publish is better?

I'm a bit confused. I have created 4 vaults on my laptop. I want to sync them to my desktop and my phone. Do I have to create a remote vault for each one? And should I name the remote vault the same thing as the already existing vaults or should I designate it that it's remote? I basically just want everything to sync across all my devices, similar to how Google Drive works.
