Well I did mentioned 2 softwares that are almost close to doing the things VUP did at the end. This was made when those softwares popped up and I did made a tutorial of one. However they may not be as easy as VUP but the things they do are almost similar and unique.

@Ecliptic-P Yes, it was pretty unique. No other program seems to have walking controls inside environments.

Use Blender, I have a shorts of attaching Mario hat. Some VTuber programs allow assets to be imported too like Warudo.

Google "Virtu VTuber" and find a trusted download link like mediafire. The creator gave up on it so he deleted the download link.

vrm posing desktop is a posing software and recently received animation tools. Is not really VTubing but can work for VTubers to make thumbnails or cool photos. I never heard of 3D pose tracker but what I'm showing here are softwares that don't really need a camera for VTubing.

Are you using Media Pipe tracking in XR? That is the one that should work with full body. You should also keep a little distance from the camera.

You need to import a video of someone dancing. In the part where I show me posing like the PNGs it also works with mp4 videos.

Guess a laptop camera won't work, I use mediapipe for my VRoid model. The first camera I bought was around $30 since I got it on sale, the one I have now was also on sale around $60. If you really want to try full body tracking with XR you can check Best Buy website for logitech camera sales.

@@KitzuArt So I also bought a webcam just for full body tracking, and it really can track both of my hands, at least better than integrated camera of my laptop, hmhmhm...

@damienkwok6361 the model files need to be glTF, I did created some for free in my ko-fi page. As for backgrounds you can go to the creator's ko-fi page to get them.

I have used the xr animator, but my avatar reacted slowly to my talking, the whole image lagged inside the OBS. Do I need to adjust anything inside the OBS?

Depends on camera quality. I used a cheap logitech camera with 30fps 720p res and it was fine. I now use a logitech 60fps with 1080p res and I notice I move a little more smooth and my facial expressions are read a little better. I even used my phone on a few and worked nearly like the camera.

I still have to learn how that works, I'm still trying out new things to help with VTubing tutorials. So much great things to see. Have fun learning to use JSON.

Sadly, the creator gave up on the software. You'll have to Google "Virtu VTuber" and download it somewhere. But XR Animator is somewhat similar.

I don't have trackers to test, but as shown in VNyan, you can combine XR and 3 other tracking sources, VMM and VSeeFace also have that option. Warudo also has it but might take some work since it has hundreds of nodes to play with.

VRoidStudio, a free software for making easy anime models. Mostly known as a VTuber creator software. Available online and in Steam.

Yes. I use a headset as a microphone. And to make it sound better I do my streams and recordings with OBS. It really makes any mic sound good.

If you just have a basic model with no custom blendshapes VRoid is easy to use. I made this for others that had custom edits in their models and don't want to start from scratch.

During the time of this video I was using a program called VUP. Sadly that program has ben terminated and can no longer be used. The other program I know that makes your model breath would VMagicMirror.

This software has been discontinued a few months after making this video, it can't be downloaded the way I showed here. If you google "Virtu vtuber download" you will get download sites of it, even mediafire download.

Yes, this VTuber software only works for 3D models that were created in VRoid which is pretty easy to use and create your own 3D VTuber, and also models made from scratch in Blender.

There isn't much difference in the software from when I first used it. However each new update is always better. I do like the fact that it now has a Game Locomotion setting giving you the ability to control your model like if it was in a video game. It also has VMC protocol, but I don't think it's too different to make a new tutorial. It is still a good software for beginner VTubers to use.

Do you mean dragging the file in XR or moving your character model around in the scene? If its file dragging make sure your model is .vrm or .mmd. If it's the scene and right click doesn't move the character model try closing and opening the program.

It might still be on Steam, but the server that makes it work has shut down. You could still download VUP, but it will not work.
