Rudi - When I Was Dead - 7''
Rudi was a punk/power pop band, formed in 1975, inspired by rock 'n' roll and glam rock, they were the very first punk band in Belfast and at the heart of the punk scene there in the late '70s.
This 7'' was their 3rd single and was released by Jamming! Records in August 1981.
*As a side note, The Brian Young Band (performing Rudi songs) was great in Dublin last weekend, check them out if you ever get the chance.

They are mostly crap, like this. I was big into UK82 bands in the 80s but it is fairly, low-brow, terrible music in retrospect, with little creativity or talent. But there are a few good albums that are good representations of the time.
