You should check out other systems who have the EN12566-3 the running cost is on all the certs. Ireland Waste Water was the 1st Irish Company to get the CE Mark & EN 12566-3
The aeration pads do not block as they are in use every few hours. As the solids enter the tank they will either settle or float depending on the density and this allows a liquid layer to form in the middle and the u-bends are located in this layer so no solids pass through it to block it. The running costs of our system is officially the lowest running cost of any concrete wastewater treatment plant in Ireland. The cost to run the system for the year is 37 euros which can be a saving of 90%
In relation to the Control box, it can be located within 7 meters of the tank and is usually installed at the side of a boundary fence. It is proven that it is better for the control box to be located outside the tank. In other systems the control box is located within the tank the electrical items get damaged by water. Our system is extremely simple and it only consists of airlines and Pvc pipes. This increases reliability as other systems have mechanical moving parts inside that can fail.
